Uncomfortable bed, reception not really helpful for check-in. Loud lots of street noise and maintenance or something being worked on at midnight you could hear drilling.

Location, cleanliness, updated

The property is well located, noise from outside is heard but not enough to make it an inconvenience.The place is clean and the cleaning staff is there to do room cleaning even outside the allocated hours for service. The always left new waters, two fun sized chocolates and fresh towels.The rooms are spacious and elegant. There’s a lot of outlets everywhere so you can charge all of your devices.WiFi is included so that’s a plus too, if you need to get things done while traveling. The pool, spa and sauna area are so, so nice. Also has a gym on a different floor. Not sure about parking since we didn’t take a car, but they asked me if we had one at check in so I’m assuming they either provide a parking space or they tell you where to park your car at least. The front desk ladies are all attentive and very helpful. Didn’t have a problem with customer service at all. Very recommended, for families or couples, friends or solo travelers. It’s a pretty nice hotel located in the heart of Zapotlanejo. Everything is close.

The noise coming from inside the hotel that is disturbing. The restaurant noises, the housekeeping noises, the doors slamming and the people sitting at the patio which happens to be right in between 3 rooms. Which is strange and poorly planned already. I think the walls are just too thin and you can hear everything. The AC doesn’t quite work as expected. Turns off when in auto when it’s warm in the room and doesn’t cool down the room evenly. You have to be facing the AC to get the full effect. Also, all the doors from the rooms, slam very violently. They need to change that, I got woke up twice in the 5 nights we stayed there because of a slamming door. Not cool. First time I’ve had this problem with a hotel room door. Also, please install doors or at least a curtain in the open part of the shower glass divider. It’s annoying and water gets everywhere. Overall, 3.5 stars out of 5. Great hotel but there are things to work on that seriously bring down their rating.

The beds are really comfortable. The shower felt so nice. There’s both cold and hot water. A/C worked. TV and wifi worked well. They give you complimentary candies and water at the rooms. The staff makes sure you have enough towels and anything else you may need. The staff is great! There is parking and you need to validate the ticket before you leave.

Very clean. Nice staff. Beautiful roof top. My only complaint is the water heater, show was too hot or too cold. Nothing inbetween. Overall, i would stay here again because of how clean and nice staff was.

Location, parking and a/c

No restaurant and no eating allowed in room.

Staff,very polite and professional,, I made the mistake showing up a day early, but the front desk mgr...(Matias).. made the accomodations,just perfect for our stay.. front desk staff,cleaning staff...great people.

I had a wonderful experience at the Sara N Hotel Spa. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean, and so was our room. It was in a great location, walking distance to everything. The check-out time was at 12 p.m. I asked the staff if I could check out at 1:00 p.m. because I was traveling with my one-year-old and that was around her nap time, and our flight didn't leave until 8:30 p.m. They were very great and gave me until 1:20 p.m. to check out. I would highly recommend this place to stay. I will also be staying again when I go back to visit family.

It would have been better to book it directly with hotel cuz I booked other rooms before this one for much less .... looks like Booking.com charge a fee witch cost me more.... O well that's how you learn your mistakes....

The ac was a little slow to cool off. You arn't allowed to run it while you are out.

Beautiful hotel, did I say modern? Up to date fixtures, styling and materials. Staff was very helpful, friendly.

This is NOT against the hotel, but using CarPlay and searching for Sara n hotel my map showed the location, but with large red letters "Permanently Closed"! And it would not complete the search, nor show directions to the hotel!

The we have to paid for a parking lot and also the we don’t have a little refrigerator, other than that everything was super good, love it there people and the facilities are amazing, thank you for built a place like that in Zapotlanejo.

Location was a short 3 minute walk from the main plaza. Cute coffee shop at downstairs entrance. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and willing to help. Lobby area was constantly being cleaned. Room was updated and comfortable.

Se think the Pay is a little too high for the hotel not to have any breakfast services. Also, the rooms need a fridge and a microwave for one services

The hotel was new and the staff were very attentive.

Beds were too hard and walls were thin. You could hear people talking in the hall and even a bird on the balcony sounded like he was in the room.
