Everything was clean and comfortable! That was my second time here! Just awesome :)

I am satisfied, indeed; this is in the hotel benefit: the bed was too hard for me, there are mattress topper that can help for that without buying another mattress. The Booking platform showed the reservation had breakfast included but the hotel did not receive that requirement; it may have been just me, but I recommend confirming if other customers ran into the same issue to make the necessary corrections. Thank you!

Location

The hotel doesn’t meet our expectations. Parking was not confortable. The room design is very bad. It does not have real closets! if you stay in a suite, your bedroom don’t have a door. Furniture is old and with low maintenance. Amenities are regular. Was not what we expected for that price.

Staff doesn’t care, just gave us the key and didn’t show us where to go or which way.

Top service. Our flight got a little earlier, and they allowed us to store our bags in the unit without any issues. We had rented a car and were able to park in the underground garage without any extra fees. This was a great find.

It’s missing a taller rack/perch to hang clothes. We went for a graduation and had to hang coats, dresses and trousers from the door so they didn’t get wrinkled.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, they even changed us to a bigger room when we requested two tables to work.Also, while it's a bit far from downtown, the location is really good, with some restaurants and a mall nearby.

On Mondays the restaurant is closed so the included breakfast is way worse than the normal one, which is not that good itself. I wouldn't recommend staying with included breakfast, as there are restaurants, a mall and minimarkets nearby.

Sound really travels! Luckily there were no noisy people, but even a normal conversation in the next room was clearly audible.

Well designed rooms also from a practical point of view. Rooms on the back were quiet and have great size. Great to be able to park the car in the underneath, at night closed garage.

One architectural mistake: the cooking sents from the kitchen, use the same ventilation system as the bathrooms in the rooms. So not nice to smell the food odors in your bathroom. Possibility of yoghurt at breakfeast would be nice.

the property contacted me in order to pressure me in canceling my reservation for NYE. They told me that my stay would be fully charged anyway but they wanted to know because they had a waitlist, I did not like the fact that they were very pushy and wanting to resell the night of my stay (probably at a higher rate) if my stay was payed anyway, why call to ask me if I was indeed going to stay or see if they can make more money off other guests?
