This hotel was great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered parking in an underground garage and had several valets that helped me park. Complementary hot breakfast was served every morning. The hotel room was spacious.

The water pressure was hit or miss, but that typical of anywhere in Mexico.

Outstanding value for the money. Cheap but good..

I like the room because it is very spacious..the bed is comfortable and i like the fact that they put a lot of pillows...

I do not like their breakfast...it was indicated that breakfast is included..but the breakfast is just pan bread,fruits and coffee/juice...there is no mantequilla for the bread...if you want eggs, you have to pay for it...because the said "breakfast included" is just really pan bread( no matequilla available),plate of fruits and coffee/juice... I don't think it is a continental breakfast...they should have give some eggs on it...I am so disappointed with the breakfast..

Great location. A few mins of walk to the centre. The room was good, Breakfast is a basic buffet, but it's enough considering the price.

Little bit outdated, the air-conditioning was stopping and starting on its own during the night.

It is a small hotel, but this is what you'd expect for the price and proximity to downtown. Breakfast is perhaps more spicy than what an average tourist would like.

The personal was always kind,they tried to solve all the concerns, specially with the cards trying to access to the bedroom every time.The hotel location was great.

I rented 2 bedrooms, one of them had a clogged and smelly toilet, in the other some electronics plug-in´s did not work, the access cards lose the programations every time and it did not open the doors, several times I had to get downstairs asking to fix it.The internet was poor, cannot load pages, the tv cable signal was poor or the tv too old to provide a quality image. The hotel announces a gym to use, but just 3 things and just the stationary bicycle was working.The parking lot too small and it was very difficult enter and get out of there.

The location is in the center of the city and is very close to many restaurants, shops, and museums. The room was very large, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was available.

The shower water temperature and pressure were sporadic. It made washing/rinsing my hair a little challenging.We could hear through the walls, so we often heard guests in a room next to or above ours.

They didn't give me a valid explanation.breakfast was terrible, there was almost nothing. the bread was controlled according to the number of people in the room. they put more slices of bread as new guests arrived

Drapes and courtain didn’t work. Not enough water pressure for shower

The room was large and clean and even had a bathtub. Good location close to the center. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The wifi was very weak in our room.

Good price and quite decent.

No service at the restaurant, except for breakfast. The room door has a gap and let the light comes in at night. Not accessible for wheelchairs and the entrance steps are too high for seniors.

- won’t call it a 4 star hotel. The facilities, while nice, are basic. 3 stars are more appropriate. - breakfast was ok. not impressed.

King sized bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was fine as well. In general very safe place to stay, on walking distance of the big clock.

To small gym and no bar in the hotel- hence no welcome drink.. But we got daily fresh waterbottle.
