Location was great, rooms were clean

Customer service at the front desk was not great. Lady was very rude, reserved a king size bed/room and only had a double bed room available. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and not wanting to help the situation.

The hotel is very well located and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and I will visit it again. Thank you so much.

That I have tío make an appointment to use the pool. I only make appointments to see doctors not to use the pool where I¿m staying

I was charge a different price 800.00 pesos more than the price that other guests that where there for the same party

Everything is nice

We booked the hotel as it was close to the church we were attending for a wedding. Location is not far from the central bus station and mall (Palacio Pachuca). We walked it in 30 minutes but you can take a taxi. Room and bathroom was spotless, room was spacious and the bed and bedding was comfortable. There is a nespresso coffee machine in the room to make coffee or tea. Did not watch TV but it is available. Breakfast had varied options and was more than a continental breakfast. Staff are on site to clear away plates and provide coffee/tea. There are several restaurants/cafes nearby should you wish for something else. Staff were nice enough to grant us an extended check out time as we weren't feeling well. No issues with wif

The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. They gave us water every day we spent there. The breakfast was very good and had variety.

There was no microwave in the room. Would have been convenient for the days we spent

One of the bathrooms in our rooms had a bad smell but was addressed o eve I notified the lady that cleans the rooms.

Theres none to tell you that you have to park yourself, and you have to carry your luggage through some auxiliary stars instead the main elevators.

That there´s no restaurants in the hotel, we arrived on December 31st with the idea of having great dinner which was impossible. Uber eats was saturated and haven´t enough drivers to provide service, the restaurants near the hotel are closed at 20:00 hs. What time is supossed to have dinner people in there, at 06:00 pm?

gym is not properly or adequate to workout. L normally do spinning, a bicycle is missing.

I didn’t like that sometimes they didn’t change the bed shits and they would forget to stock stuff. Food was bad always the same cooked different way. Also the fist night security went to our room and knocked because my 2 year old was loud :(.
