The lady who welcome us the very first day, she was not nice, no smile at all.I think you should train your staff for good customer service.The AC was very noisy.

The staff was amazing and super accommodating. The breakfast was super good. Everyone was super polite and our rooms were always clean perfectly. I have 0 complaints. Would definitely stay here again. The music and decorations in their lobby is also perfect.

The closet and the bathroom need newer furniture.

They are very friendly, the room is very clean and the food is super tasty.

The rooms need to be remodeled. The shower door already has enough tartar and the sink was broken.

It’s a good location!

We were given a room that was dirty, it had the beds done but the covers were dirty, floor was dirty, bathroom had hair in the shower. We were told it was given by mistake but who makes the beds living everything else dirty ?

The staff was very nice and room service was great.

The AC and plumbing were very loud.

Location is Good for a family trip. But still some more tour facilities should be included.

Installation inside was old. Outside the Hotel looks good, but inside due to "usage" during the past years, it has to be replaced or modified. In the modern technological world, new innovations with cultural support should be included for better exprience. The glass windows should be cleaned regularly.
