I wanted to try the hotel since its relatively new. Interesting wise all about 85 or so rooms are at one single building level. First impression was a nice layout and decorations - the architects had some CO LIVING SPACE in mind, so the aisles are wide and there are quite a lot of seating corners around. The room I had reserved was a STD. SINGLE room. What the aisle have space, the room was missing, a 12 sqm room also for a 3 Star Hotel, too small! And best the room had NO WINDOW at all --- > an absolutely NO GO. I need to mention that most rooms do only have interior view into a mall. view rooms with outsite viewI therefore will not be back! Breakfast quality is good, a la carte but too little options if you stay longer and do not prefer only MX food.

It was too loud during the night due to New Year’s Eve celebration . They just left one toilet paper roll .

The electronic key did not work several times having to go talk to the front desk. The bathroom did not have toiletries upon arrival, the room was extremely cold and no heating option was available. We left one day early due to these issues and did not receive the one day refund.

It is located amazingly convenient inside of a modern business center ehere you can find all you need from coffee shop to fancy steak house. No need to leave the building at all!

Breakfast is very poor, coffee was most likely a water. Not tipical for Mexico.

The airconditioning, but it was the only thing what was working correctly

A lot of noice from the gym above the hotel. If somebody throws his dumbbell down on the floor you hear everything. And this is happening every night every 5 minutes. Also when somebody is running you hear it. There is a lot of loud music and no isolated windows. Then the hygiene, I was here for 5 days and never got some new towels, I never had this in a hotel and stayed in more than 200 hotels. Also the water never gets warm in the shower.

Breakfast, tv, parking, spacious hallways and room, kind staff, dog friendly AND clean.

Needed more bottled water.

Great staff, great food.
