- Room above us had 5 children jumping off the beds until after 11 pm. We had to get the shuttle to the airport at 3 am. At 10 pm, called the front desk and they said they have too many children to control so we could move our room. We were already in bed!

Great shuttle service even if you call at 12 midnight. Excellent breakfast and service. Very friendly staff. The rooms are impeccable, very nice furniture and extremely clean. Staff is very accommodating. We always stay there.
Excellent room and clean. Great complimentary breakfast. The cook was exceptional and engaging! Would stay here again. Very close and accessible to the airport but a bit difficult to get to from the airport.
The hotel check-in staff were unengaging. Would have been nice to be told where the ice machine was which inconvenient.
This is a great place to stay and excellent service. We love the shuttle service from the airport and also took us to the bus depot after we checked out. Staff is very friendly.
