This was my second stay at Hampton Inn Airport Hotel. I was nervous because my flight landed at 11:30 pm so I needed a shuttle to the airport after midnight. I am 65, female, traveling on my own. I did phone ahead to tell reception about my flight number etc. ahead of time so that they were prepared. The shuttle was there at 12:10 pm even after a delay with customs after midnight. The driver drove me straight to the hotel even helped with my bags to my room. Check in was easy. Breakfast simply amazing, fresh fruit, hot options. Great value for the price.

Proximity to the airport

I took a bus to the Guanajuato airport. Was flying out the next morning. When i get to the airport there is ZERO shuttles TO the hotel (only shuttles FROM the hotel to the airport). No courtesy phones. Airport information desk was totally abandoned in the middle of the day (3pm?). I had to take a taxi for the 1.5 mile trip and it was $15! I could have walked but it wasn't clear how to cross the highway. Won’t stay there next time. In fact- i won’t fly into Guanajuato at all.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. The facility itself needs some upkeep as there were broken door knobs and hinges.

amenityno additional complimentary water, no tooth bush and paste. not good for short business trip. better to stay at other hotel like marriott, ecce, etcthe shuttle bus was delayed for 30 min, i had to wait for it. staff was nice but the service of the hotel itself was much lower than other competitiors

All that I needed for stay the night before early flight. dinner, shuttle, close to airport, good value. perfect for what we needed.

strange noise in the room. high pitched but not very loud. no problem sleeping though. I could have asked to change rooms but wasn't worth doing.

The shuttle from the airport was perfect, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff went out of their way to provide a late check out as I was waiting for a friend to arrive in the afternoon.

The pool could have been lovely, but it was chilly, so I didn't indulge.

Love the location, the restaurant, and the airport shuttle.

The towels were old and wished the windows opened.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk even spoke English - which I was not expecting, but pleasantly surprised. They even took me to the airport at 6am.

No complaints. Everything was nice and clean.

Second time staying here in less than a week. Staff was very kind, our flight was schedule for 6 am so we knew we would miss breakfast, but they gave us a lunch box instead. They also have a free shuttle from/to the airport that rides every 30 minutes, it's only a couple minute ride and took us to the airport at 4.30 am. We were very satisfied with the room as well.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They arranged a free shuttle pick up at the airport, ot was waiting for us just outside when we arrived. Check in and check out were both quick and smooth. Breakfast was really good and it's serves starting at 6 am. Was traveling with my mother and being two women we felt very safe here.

It was close to the airport. The shuttle service was excellent, even though I got in really late. The staff were friendly, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast simply awesome! Great value for money I would definitely book again if I were travelling the same region.

The location itself was very industrial, not pretty, right beside the highway, but the soundproofing was close to perfect. It was very quiet.

Great Hotel close to the BJX airport. Super communication with staff. Transfer from the airport and to the airport was well organized. Nice breakfast. Price / Performance adequate. Location close to the highway and rail is almost not noticeable.Fine drinking bar.
