Clean and spacious

Did not respect the reservation made. They could not find the reservation even when presenting copy of the confirmation number.

I had to leave early before breakfast. My transportation to the airport was prompt and efficient.

There was no soap in the soap dispenser by the bathroom sink. I had wanted to leave some stamped post cards with the desk personnel to mail for me, but they said they couldn't provide this service.

Away from a lot of noise, except some aircraft landing in the early AM hours. Dogs barking all night long, I mean a LOT of dogs. Animal shelter behind the property? Nighttime desk service enthusiastic about her job and the place in general. It made me want to check things out. Amazing property. Daytime desk service couldn't focus on the task at hand, on the phone, in "auto-robot" mode. I had a few specific questions, but she was busy with something else the entire time. The classic car room caught my attention. I have owned 38 cars and trucks and 6 motorcycles over my life. Most were classics, and some were highly collectible. So this was a treat for me. The rooms are large with high ceilings, a ceiling ran, and an sir conditioner. The wall A/C coils need cleaned. Didn't function well. Walls have a solid fabric covering that should be getting cleaned more often than it was, splashes of food on every wall that I took the time to clean off. The first thing I found was that someone hsd pooped in the toilet and didn't flush all the way. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were new. Floors are tiled, and will maintained, clean. The refrigerator is larger than most hotel fridges. New, and very clean. A lot of thought went into the layout of this hotel and each room. The pool is large, and clean. I didn't use it but I will on my next visit. I didn't visit the restaurant. I will on the next visit. The grounds maintenance crew is to be highly commended. Zero trash, we'll maintained grass, hedges and trees. Road and walls of buildings very clean.Except for a few issues, I was very, very impressed, overall.Would I stay here again? Most definitely. Soon? Probably.

Worst experience ever.

They WhatsApp me to confirm my booking and arrival time; so I thought everything was clear. I mentioned that we will arrive late night because we were coming from the airport. When we arrive the receptionist tell us that she cancel our booking and gave to another person our room because we didn’t arrive early. So what was the purpose to confirm the arrival time? We arrived at 10 pm which was the arrival time I gave to the person who sent me WhatsApp. So we needed to call another taxi, book another hotel and waste time in a city that I don’t know, late night and very tired about the flight. And they didn’t even text us, send an email or nothing to know they canceled our booking.

Prior to my arrival I got a massage that if I did not arrive soon my reservation would be cancelled. I contacted the female person which I stated that I would arrive whenever I could since I already had reservation and paid for it I did not need for someone to tell me at what time I needed to arrive

The customer service was awful she did not meet my expectation or willing to accommodate for been late to check in, she send me another massage letting me know that my reservation was cancelled and I had to find another place to lodge.

Property was ok.

The hotel double charged us for our stay, and refuses to return the excess payment, despite repeated requests. And so far Booking has done nothing to assist in recovering the improperly collected funds, also despite repeated requests. We do not plan to use Booking in the future since we get nothing but the runaround from them in numerous communications.

The property is ok.

We had a prepaid reservation. Upon check in, the front desk professed to not have a record of payment and demanded we pay a 2nd time in order to check.in. We did that, in anticipation of straightening things out before we departed. No such luck. The hotel was clearly paid twice for the same reservation, but refused to refund payment.

The place was very pretty and exceeded our expectations. Staff was great and our room did not have much, but it has all we needed.

When we went to bed, we opened the sliding door for fresh air. Within an hour, there was barking dogs, crying dogs, and growling dogs. I called the front asking to change rooms. They were full!! Finally, I closed the sliding door and the noice subsided. It was more annoying then anything.

Price was the lowest we could find and close enough to the airport.

Hairs in the bed, a strong terrible “cleaning” smell in the room that would not go away, staff blasting music while they clean near the rooms. Gym had terrible equipment and was filthy to lie down on the mats.

BIG ROOM, BIG AREA

WHEN YOU BOOK FOR AN EARLY TAXI GOING TO AIRPORT, THE FRONT DESK CHARGES YOU DOUBLE, ALSO THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN FIELD, IT IS VERY HARD TO GET A TAXI,

overall I loved my stay, the layout is pretty, I would say that the cleaning could do better, my bed sheets had stains and previous women hair. I did redo the bed myself

Great layout and pool. Large room; super comfy bed!

Breakfast was delicious and extensive, almost like a dinner but restaurant buffet style. Was not included in the price.

Location in a very industrial area was strange, and included noise (dogs, trains, airplanes, etc)

Reasonably modern hotel with good facilities

There were around 5 dogs adjacent that didn’t stop barking and howling all night, not sure if they were in the hotel boundary or not, parking is limited

What I didn't like about the hotel was the music at the restaurant after 9/10 p.m I only stayed at this hotel because of the locations and because I only had a few hors to sleep...fron 9 to 1am and I couldn't sleep because of the music :/ I was so disappointed about that....
