The quietness during sleeping hours

The fact that i arrived few hrs earlier than the check in time and staff at front desk left us waiting for hrs and got the room at around 4:45 pm i have stayed in many other better places and never had to wait

Big rooms and beds. Great roof top area. Clean facilities. Nice staff.

Loud pipes you could hear in the walls. The bathroom door was basically see through.

The hotel had a great location but name was not outside of property therefore made it real hard to find. Our taxi missed the spot and it took us 2 hours to get there.

There was no elevator, my friend and I had heavy suitcases and that was not ideal at all. Staff somewhat assisted us with suitcases but mainly we carried ourselves. The place stayed they offered shuttle service, it was additional cost. That was misleading.

Attitude towards clients is very low

Communication with the clients is very bad. I managed to get ij touch with them only after 3 days.Unfortunatelly, I couldn’t come, but the hotel decided not to even talk about partial refund.

Nothing, worst hotel ever. I hope they make the refund.

I talked to customer service before. They gave us a horrible room without any natural light. The drain goes throiugh the room and it makes a lot of noise, the light from the hall comes in and it is impossible to sleep. We asked for a refund because we didnt want to stay ain the hotel and they made us stay one night and told us they would fix it the next day, then they offered us a room that was exactly the same. We are waiting for the refund to get processed.

Great location.Staff spoke English... a little.My bag tore at the seams and the staff kindly lent me a needle and thread to repair it.Nice ceiling lighting in room.5 electrical sockets.

Curtains didn't cover main window and let too much light in (see photo).Very low water pressure, especially for hot tap on sink.Very poor sound insulation and noisy guests.Door had no double lock.Small bath towels and nowhere to hang them.3 of the 5 electrical sockets were in bizarre places (two in bathroom) and one was near ceiling (see photo).

The location is really at central and easy for movement. The room was excellent because it have good view. Bed are really comfortable. Room is spacious for junior suite which i like it. overall it really good experience to stay at Guanajuato in this hotel.

Wifi is slow that sometimes it connected to your phone and sometimes it not. The streaming show sometime pause because no connection.

The staff was exceptional the reception was excellent as well as the housekeeper very attentive to details

No elevator

Like the view. The reception is very kind. Room was very cozy and clean. The location was good, it is close enough from the center.

My room was on 4th floor, but there was no elevator. Really hot water from the shower, but the water pressure is tooooo low. WiFi was free but sometimes the signal is bad, and it lost its connection.

I really only liked the location and roof top view.

The room didn't have a hair dryer or iron. In order to get one, you have to leave an ID with the front desk. The towels are very stiff and really old yet you're warned that if you stain them, there's a fee imposed. You are not allowed to eat or drink in the rooms per a sign in the hallway. The sink is soo small that water spills everywhere while washing your face.The channels on the TV are all fuzzy and nonexistent in the evening. The walls are so thin, you can hear people's conversations while in their room! Our last night was the worst since I had to set our fan at the highest setting in an attempt to keep my 13 yr old from hearing the loud moaning of a woman. Since it is in the middle of everything, there is a lot of outside noise coming into your room almost 24/7(cars honking, drunk people). There is no way of communicating with the front desk other than walking several flights down to them. Not for families, people that have a hard time walking up several flights of stairs, or light sleepers.

The shower looked dirty. The tiels really need a cleaning. The fan in the room was attached to the light in the entrance. So, we could not use it while trying to sleep

The location of the hotel is excellent. The upper terrace was just outside our room and afforded outstanding views of the city. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and the hotel was very clean.

The hotel has at least five floors with no elevator. People with a heart condition or mobility issues will find it difficult to get to their room. Our room was large and modern but had no windows, making it hot and stuffy. Electrical outlets were few and strangely placed. In order to plug in my computer, I needed to stand on a chair to access the outlet (see photo) No bedside reading lamps. The room was large, but there was little storage space. The bathroom was tiny and poorly designed.

I was first assigned a room on the 4th floor. However, the room was already unbearable hot early in the morning. The room had no windows, this should be indicated in the Booking description. Eventually the staff assigned me to a room on the first floor with windows. This room was very dated and not that clean (eg mould on the curtains). Very noisy too, especially since it was located next to the entrance door.
