La Vista

Nothing Really.. it shows a nice room with a wonderful view of the city when you book online, but once you get there is a real bad room with no view at all.. a totally different room.

The fact that they show a different room online, once you get there the room have no balcony, no view of the city, the beds are old and messed up, don¿t even have a restaurant or a way to get not even water.. is just a terrible place.. not worth it¿

It was hard to find, it was not as close as it said it was, we had to walk up and down too many flights of stairs to get to the center, they sold us a ¿tour¿ that was not a tour it was just a driver dropping you off at different locations, outdated hote

The view was amazing and there was plenty of parking even though it was hard to access!

Getting to the property in the car is a teeth-grinding experience! The last roads are one car’s width and up a hill so you have to really be careful and maneuver properly..

Huge clean difficult to get to if you drive. Beware of very narrow streets allys and hilly. Exceptional view!

Advertised as an apartment one bedroom. Absolutely no furniture accept a bed nightstands. A stand be the door. A glass table and four chairs. A cilld size couch/ bed. No appliances whatsoever. A small fridge a counter and a microwave ‘in the room’ with a sink and a few utensils to at least call it an apartment, would have been nice.

Best view of the city and easy to access the Centro. The room was very quiet and peaceful. Very large beds. Friendly staff.

You may have to ask for the water heater to be turned on but the staff was very helpful and willing. Make sure to drive a small car! The road to the hotel is VERY narrow!

I rented an apartment and they only gave me a regular room that was very cold with no heating

The property was very difficult for a 5 passenger van to get to the property.had to get two cars to get to the top of the property. Then there was cold water one of the nights we were there.

Very basic decor. Not welcoming. No restaurants close. We booked for 2 people but were given 1 small bottle of water. No coffee maker or fridge or microwave. Plastic mattress cover. Were they expecting me to pee? Laminated card with the replacement costs if we damaged or stole the towels, bedding….Were they expecting me to steal them? Shower quickly because the hot water only lasts 5 minutes!

The staff is very friendly, very helpful when it came down to giving a quick tour and the where abouts if the nearest locations. They took their time to explain and show me around.

Everything was wonderful about the property.. only issue for me was that the 3rd floor doesn’t have great WiFi service.

Hotel staff was not welcoming nor good communicating.

Getting there seems a bit dangerous due to the sharp turns needed, being uphill and the streets small.

Amazing view, in 10 minutes you are in the city center (quite a climb though, so be aware of that)The city is amazing

Had to get to, parking is tricky and full day your provider needs to change.

The view was great, the staff exceptional, clean room and hotel, parking good too. I had the delxue king size bed room, bed was comfy. Taxis take you all the way into hotel location.

You can hear everything from your room (stairs, talking, walking etc). The beds need replacement immediately, they’re not comfortable (keeping in mind that Guanajuato is a city where you end up super tired of walking and climbing).

The view from the room was breathtaking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is very safe and offers a parking for cars.

Can be a bit loud on weekends. The hotel needs some maintenance (water leak in bathroom, windows, doors).

Wish there was a fridge and a microwave THE MOSTIBE IMPORANT in the rooms were the doors!!!!!! Doors are thin and can hear alor from the stairwells. doors are a bit gapped that hit back and forth at night with a window or door open. same can go for the restroom door. other than that HIGHLY recommend!!!
