Hotel Gran Plaza & Convention Center

Cleanliness and staff,

They had groups of teenagers and they were very loud all day until 3 AM Staff approach was correct however, sales, reservation, managers and leaders of group should have a meeting about rules before check in. Kids and parents very rude.

Very nice gardens and restaurant

Location and restaurant service. The waiter was kind and efficient. The beds were ok.

The TV didn't work at all. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The hotel staff did not fix it after asking for it.

The location

The staff was rude, they didn't have enough staff in the restaurant, the rooms were old, the bathroom was old, the water heater didn't work correctly, overall the hotel is really old. I don't recommend anyone to stay there

There where insects on the room and the water of the pool was dirty and cold

The beds and pillows were a little hard for me, but I still slept okay.

The bedding smelled like cigarretes and the towels were dirty and old.

Nice garden and not much to do at the hotel

Facilities are old and rooms are fine, but a bit dirty. The bathroom is ok if you only stay one night.

Location

Beds are to hard, TV is to small.

The hotel is not in the downtown area, but it has many plusses to add on. I wanted a parking space for the rental car and we had it, we ended up not using the pool, but it was a nice amenity to have available. The hotel was nice and service was great. We ended up having a nice stay.

The breakfast was good with good service

Upon arrival we were notified the pool may not be available the following day when we had booked the hotel specifically for this facility. The website had not noted this. No compensation was offered. The lift was also not working. The rooms were not of the standard expected.

Breakfast buffet was very good. ( has to be paid out of the reservation fees)

No Air conditioner working. No telephone device I. The room; so anything we needed; we have to go all the way down to the front desk to ask for it. Tv with bad reception. Pool not clean neither as big as it looks in their pictures website. Nice slide in the pool.

The pool area is great

To our arrival when the room was delivered beds’s sheets were not clean, hair and food residual were on them.

the bathroom was awful, as was the shower. the air conditioner barely worked.

liked the ground floor room with sliding glass doors easy assess to the pool.

pool was kinda cold. construction going on but no noise at night.breakfast was not a buffet.
