Great location! Friendly staff, impecable rooms! Lovely arquitecture and rooftop restaurant!

Occacionally, a subtle sewer smell...it may be from the street. It's an old city after all.

The space itself is beautiful and comfortable.

Unbelievably loud late into the night. If you want to sleep, skip this place. The club on the roof will vibrate through your bed until 3am. It was a nightmare wanting a restful weekend and unable to sleep all weekend.

It was very clean comfy with great staff. Add location and it was great.

It was beautiful but Google and Apple Maps had us lost for about an hour. Eric came to our rescue which was top tier service.

Sterling Restaurant

The hotel was amazingly nice. All the modern features and location made our family stay wonderful. All the people were friendly and willing to help but not pushy like the rest of the city is . We were left to our own and everything was clean and cool. The staff is wonderful.

The best part of this place is the location but trying to use uber or Didi will be hard . The hotel wonderfully helped us get a taxi .

2 story room w very difficult stairs ,very noisy machinery behind wall won't let you sleep

I loved everything about the property. Very nice and modern.

The bar / restaurant was super slow. There was a table on the lower part of roof, 2 people and 1 table of 5 top step. It took over 20 minutes to get a drink. Pretty sure she just forgot. Service was very slow. But the burger was delicious.

The staff seems to have been trained to maintain professionalism and level of quiet that was exceptional!!! We stayed here 5 days, 4 nights and it was absolutely quiet the entire time. We were here during a very busy holiday weekend (Viernes De Dolores) and shocked at how quiet our room/ the hotel was despite the noise and crowds outside.

Location great, most of the staff friendly, the terrace is great, dog friendly all areas!

For the price they have to improve on communication, service and cleanliness. We had several topics during our stay which were resolved but caused bad moods.

Great location, wonderful breakfast

We were initially given a room with no windows. At our request we were then moved to another room which was much nicer but the windows did not open so we were unable to get fresh air. The room was well air conditioned.

Location, rooftop bar and lounge

Shower- lukewarm water, low pressure, hand shower didn’t work. Room was dark. Front desk/concierge- a couple of them were good but some were very indifferent.

Incredible Casona totally renewed. The location is perfect - walking distance from the main attractions of the town. Staff was very also helpful.We would definitely stay again.

The architecture and interior design are amazing! The food at the rooftop restaurant was smoother best we had in town. Staff is very kind and helpful.

I had an absolute wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with so many charming restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. Despite being in such a convenient spot, the area was pleasantly quiet, allowing me to sleep peacefully each night.

It is right next to the Basilica, in the center, perfect location to walk and see the highlights of Guanajuato.

I like it all, location, ambiance, facilities, quietnesses etc.

I can not point something I did not like

All was perfect. Brand new hotel, on the main square in the city center. Room are large, well equipped. All the team is great, they listen a lot to the request and do their best. We have appreciated a LOT our stay. Breakfast is simply great.

Nice diner on the roof top but the menu is a bit limited.
