Really beautiful interior and friendly staff. Staff can speak English very well.

Wi-Fi is too slow and not usable.

The hotel is beautiful, from the minute you walk through the front door to relaxing on the second floor terrace. The rooms are not huge, but just enough room for a week stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We enjoyed a shot of tequila upon checking in - a very welcoming tradition. And lastly, all the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There is nothing I could complain about. We enjoyed our stay and feel the value of what we received was excellent.

Gorgeous old mansion in a quiet neighborhood with a few other interesting old mansions. Robes and slippers provided and quality toiletries

The building is beautiful. The room was pretty an very confortable. Location was perfect for our purpose, and the staff was very friendly.

Perhaps our room was a little dark. It doesn’t have a window.

Hotel is very nice has great architecture and good location. Very close to la presa and across the street from one of the top 30 bars in Mexico.

Great hotel overall. Great if you like to walk takes about 30 minutes to walk to the historic center of the city. Room was a bit small but not a huge issue.

Modern hotel in a beautiful city. The hotel is an updated building with all modern amenities enclosed within a colonial-era structure. The neighborhood is a wonderful collection of old mansions that were, in their day, considered grand. The adjoining restaurant is outdoor with a covered area, so in spite of the pouring rain, we enjoyed a nice breakfast. The restaurant opens at 8 am, which is great for those of us who are early risers. The staff in the hotel are warm and friendly, and they offer a shot of tequila or whiskey when you arrive - nice touch. The bed was super comfy, big screen tv, frig, coffee maker, microwave, snacks, and drinks in the room for purchase.

Nice hotel on the outskirts. The room was nice but felt small, especially the bathroom. Good for a one night stay, but kind of lacked any hip vibe.

Room decor was ok. Felt like a nice place to sleep, but it wasn't anything special.

The hotel itself is so beautiful. We stayed at the presidential suite and it was more perfect. So clean, nice staff, Spa was superb. I would most without a doubt return.

In the presidential suite should have automatic. Would be so nice.

When we initially checked in we faced with an aircon issue in the room and the shower drain. They tried to fix it but in the end happily got switched to another room.The three-person room with the two twins is too tight to manouvre with luggage and the bathrooms are very small

Rather a small bedroom even though we had booked a king suite. Also, no wiew!The location of the hotel is quite a walk from the town centre, about a 30 mins downhill there but uphill walking back.Use Uber rather than the local taxis as they charge a lot more for the tourists.

The property was gorgeous. Wonderful beds with beautiful bedding. Great amenities, The entire staff was gracious and helpful. In a great neighborhood with other beautiful colonial buildings.

I didn’t like that I had to wait little bit in order to get hot water and the restaurant didn’t have a lot options for breakfast.

Very nice, good restaurants nearby, very clean.

The temperature for the shower was hard to control and it was often burning hot and difficult to make it cooler.

We were greeted by staff at the front desk who cheerfully fixed my mistake. Our rooms were beyond what the photos show. We were greeted with a shot of Tequila and staff drove us to a restaurant and then picked us up. They had to make 3 trips each way for all of us. I can't say enough kind words to the front counter staff. We were all hugging them when left. This is a stunning hotel with a nice restaurant next door. We're staying longer next time. This place is beautiful.

The over all look of the room was beautiful and the hotel it self.

I was very disappointed in the fact that my room was next to the reception office. No privacy at all. We were there for our honeymoon. The other thing was that the restaurant was loud all day. Music didn’t stop till 9pm every day we couldn’t sleep in any of the days we were there. The room it self was beautiful but it’s not worth not having privacy.
