Quiet, very comfortable bed and friendly staff. Clean. The restaurant was absolutely top-notch.This is not the Holiday Inn we are accustomed to in the United States!

It was soooo clean and roomy and quiet. Wonderful shuttle service to the airport.

The buffet breakfast was a little expensive but otherwise it was perfect.

This is by far the nicest Holiday Inn Express in which I¿ve ever stayed. Huge and luxurious room at insanely affordable price. Shuttle was as advertised with very friendly staff. Great buffet.

The front desk staff were a bit abrupt (surprisingly), albeit the rest of the staff were incredibly attentive, as has been my experience in Mexico City. I had a long wait time -almost 50 minutes- for their shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Staff were very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly wonderful!

Pet friendly hotel with no grass, staff watched for me at night when I walked my dog across a busy street to get to a grassy median.

We arrived mid-evening with early shuttle departure(3am)to catch 5:40 am flight. Staff did nothing to control loud hotel guests (mostly children) who ran/shouted in areas acoustically close to hotel room until c.1am. Airport shuttle operated hourly.

It was close to the airport and was clean and updated.

We chose this hotel because of the free shuttle airport shuttle. We didn't get a seat on the 5am shuttle. The indifferent staff was absolutely NOT helpful. Customer service was not up to international standards. It created a LOT of stress on a travel day.

The word “Airport” in the name is a it of a misnomer.

The Holiday Inn Mexico Dali Airport was the perfect choice for our return from San Miguel de Allende before our flight to the U.S.A. the next day. The hotel's restaurant met the needs of everyone in our group, and the rooms were very comfortable.

There was not anything we did not like about the hotel.

It's the airport hotel, but breakfast doesn't open until 630 am. Needs to open earlier.

Connection to the airport. Future users should be aware that there is an office in the airport near the international departures which will facilate rapid delivery to the hotel instead of wandering about aimlessly which I did. Staff were extremely friendl

Be careful to plan for extra time for departure for the airport, Mexico City traffic is horrendous.
