Water to hold the socks made the pod more dark to fall asleep faster . Location 2 floor where the Krispy Kreme is at go up the ramp go straight turn on the corner where to buy bus pass keep going all the way to the end of hall and it to your left

Traveling alone as an elderly lady, that speaks no Spanish, being able to stay in the pod right in the airport was a great source of comfort. It was a rather fun experience I felt like I was in a spaceship. It was very comfortable and economical

It was very convenient, clean, comfortable, and amenities were excellent, all for a very affordable price!

The only thing was that it was hard to locate, so better signage would help. However, we were guided by all of the people we asked.

This was a great option after arriving at 2 AM - I was only there about 6 hours. The location is right next to the bus depot in the international terminal. This is within the airport security zone.

The airport is undergoing renovations so it took me a bit of time to find it.

Very small cramped space. Men and women on the same hallway. Difficult to locate due to construction throughout the airport.

The “Deluxe” pods have no TV. Only the standards do and that is counter intuitive. Staff ordered me to take off my shoes even though I was not going to the pod yet

It took two hours to find! It is located in Terminal 1. Both my flights were out of Terminal 2. No signage.The airport is under construction. Getting back to Terminal 2 was equally challenging.if you were flying in and out of Terminal 1 it would be okay but coming and going from Terminal 2 was a challenge!!

The facilities were spotless. Showers and toilets were cleaned constantly.

The pods were a little noisy. You could hear vehicle traffic. I used the provided earplugs, and the noise was tolerable.

Very convenient, very clean, pleasant attentive staff 24/7. It’s a capsule facility, with storage lockers, bathrooms, showers, and your own private enclosed twin bed for. It’s not a vacation destiny, but it’s not priced like one. Perfect for the weary long distance traveler.

Nothing. It was all I hoped for and a little more.

At the Mexico City airport. Very convenient for our short turnaround the next morning. Clean bathroom facilities, pod appeared clean, not sure if its disinfected between customers. Had enough room in the pod to keep my small bag, suitcase is in a locker.

Could hear street noise outside as well as the movement from the pod above me and others outside getting in/out of their pod. I recommend ear plugs! Also took a few minutes to figure out how to operate lighting, fan, etc. Fan was somewhat loud also and you need it going. Not a huge cost savings if you and partner both paying, but its convenient.

Great concept. Simple, straightforward accommodations when you don’t need anything fancy. Near several food options within the airport. Love that you don’t have to leave the airport for catching early morning flights. Other guests generally did their best to be respectful and quiet. POD was clean except for a few hairs. POD has a place to charge phone/laptop and also one outlet.

Constant traffic noise, which I wasn’t expecting since it’s inside the airport. Obviously the street was immediately beside the pods based on the sounds of heavy trucks, etc. Fireworks (I hope) but that’s just typical for Mexico. Wish the soundproofing was better. You will hear every tiny sound happening around you. Person in neighboring pod sighed a lot and was obviously reading a book (turning pages).

Within the airport terminal 1, 24 hours check-in service. Staff are nice. Facilities are clean.

I really liked the concept, very innovative, clean, affordable, the staff very supportive, I will stay in this place again and I will recommend it to my family and friends, thank you for your service

Location can’t be beat and staff were great at customer service and keeping facilities clean.

Noisy- I think the design could improve. The bedding is hard and it was difficult to sleep.

Convenient, easy check in and clean. Very stiff bed.

I had to get dressed and completely leave the pod to use communal restrooms. The walls are so thin the person coughing in the pod next to me all night kept me up all night. You can hear people sneeze, cough, talk and rolling bags on the walkway right outside the hotel. Lights made it hard to sleep. I had to wear earplugs and a sleep mask.

It is a very simple meet-a-basic-need concept, but does it it in a sleek and stylish way.

The units are not soundproof at all. And people come and leave at all hours of the night. So if you are a light sleeper, keep that in mind.
