Easy to stay and have a few hours of sleep in between travel legs.

Location, clean, quiet.

No elevator

The facilities themself were pretty spotless and there was someone onsite cleaning the entirety of my stay.

Some things to keep in mind is that this place is located next to the bus terminal so there was quite a bit of noise and activity into the night. The pods themselves have virtually no noise intrusion qualities so I could hear every creak and cough and shuffle from my neighbors throughout the night.

Location, they have one in each T1&2I got off the bus from Leon and was able it to check-in in 2mins. New, clean, secure keys. Good facility setup.

It is expensive but I was glad to have the option as my flight would be very early. I just wish it could be paid by hour versus big time blocks

For a capsule, it was actually pretty comfy. The bathrooms were constantly being cleaned. That was really great and assuring.

Finding the thing was impossible due to the airport being nothing but a construction site. What made it worse for me, is that I had to take my 25kg heavy suitcase and everything else that I was carrying around all the way through the airport up the STAIRS, there was neither an elevator nor anyone who was willing to help me.

Capsule was my first experience and was very clean .Enjoy small area to have snackTable chairs.

The place was spotlessly clean but it's no place for a 68-year-old but that's my fault. If you're in your 20s and 30s it's fine the mattress was half an inch thick brutal I don't think I slept an hour the whole night at charlie horses it was really miserable. But might be fine for some people.

It's all plastic construction like a stormtrooper sleeping pod.

Was very clean and the staff were friendly, helpful, and bilingual.

In order to walk from the bathroom/locker room to the sleeping quarters, one has to walk through a lounge with floor to ceiling windows to the bus station below. That means if you're wearing PJs, everyone in the lounge and bus station can see. Also, the top bunk pods look extremely difficult to navigate entry and exit. In fact, while I was there a man from the top bunk fell while trying to exit, and was in a great deal of pain and injured. Airport EMTs had to be called to treat him. If you choose to stay here, I would strongly recommend requesting a bottom bunk, if possible.

Friendly staff, convenient location and pristine areas.

Our stay at Izzzleep was clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff was constantly monitoring the cleanliness of the facility, and we enjoyed the quick and easy access to the rest of the airport.

izZzzSleep is very easy to find. The pods are very quiet. If you are older or have mobility problems the upper bunks are not easy to get into. The facilities are VERY clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly, bilingual (English and Spanish) and very, very helpful. You can sleep peacefully in quiet security, wake up for your next flight, and literally be no more than five minutes from the security in Terminal 2. I ALWAYS choose this location for a one night stopover. My main complaint is that they need better pillows and better wi-fi in the pods. Nonetheless, I would give this fabulous and convenient place a 9.5.

Pillows that are a bit more supportive would be good, AND stronger WIFI in the pods.

The capsules are bigger than I expected. I liked all the adjustments you can make with lighting and the fan. It was also very quiet.

Depending on the location of your capsule and can be a pretty long walk to the bathroom… kind of a bugger if you get during the night.

I stayed in other capsule hotels in airports before, by far - this one is the best.Clean, accessible with toilets and showers in the facility as part of the service!Had a great sleep, woke up refreshed and ready for a very long flight!

It’s still a capsule bed. Not the most comfortable. But it is what it is.

Location is good. Concept is good. Efforts to keep it quiet are good.

Zero sound insulation in the sleeping pods. You can hear everything, including g the guy snoring in the next pod.

Excellent location, the room have everything you need.

I arrive around eleven before midnight, I setup my alarm at 10:00AM, but the cleaning lady came around 7AM slamming doors and making a lot of noise, so she totally wake me up and I can't back to sleep again. She needs to be retraining because looks like she doesn't understand the kind of environment she works for. Also the shower floor was dirty with a lot a debris accumulated on every corner.

Location, cleanliness, everything I needed. I may have used my earplugs as another guest was coughing and snoring but this was not a big deal at all. I really enjoyed the overall experience. It seemed ultra modern, like a 2001: Space Odyssey experience. I did eat some tasty turnovers at a store on the first floor. It was super convenient, right next to the terminal: walking distance.

Signage within the airport was lacking. I'm fit and had no problem bringing my large suitcase up the stairs to get there. Perhaps older people or unfit people would have needed help. But the person behind the desk offered to help me as I left, which was unnecessary, but good to know this was an option.
