City Express by Marriott Ciudad de México Aeropuerto

I chose this hotel since for overnight befoe my connection flight. It is close to the airport and a very easy and reliable free shattle from and to the airport. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Very clean and easy to get an Uber to and from. Located pretty close to some bodegas as well.

Wifi hasn¿t worked any of the days that we spent there and service is horrible in the rooms.

Cleanness, close to the airport and they let us stay longer then the checkout time.

The internet was not working and the shuttle bus never picked us up at the airport. We had to wait 2 hours and then decided to take an uber to the hotel.

I did not like at all/ hated the fact that if I did not have the key card in the lights did not work nor did the television! Horrible feature! One person could not get up and get ready with out turn on a large bank of lights in the room!

Clean, convenient, and comfortable, if somewhat spare accommodations. Excellent, gracious staff.

Everything was perfectly fine and nice. The room had a somewhat bare feel to it, although we had everything we needed.

It's location and newness.

1 hour wait for their shuttle service. I would have taken a taxi, but they kept promising 5 more minutes multiple times ands not even an apology. Room: New sheets, but dirty. Breakfast: 7:00am no eggs, no one to replace what was gone.

Room had a smell; AC was not working.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were so helpful with a need I had for assistance turning in a rental car. They communicated and coordinated with the agency and I cannot be more thankful.

This stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the price. The hallways are not carpeted, so every sound echoed. Guests were slamming doors and wheeling suitcases at all hours of the night, and we barely slept.Inside our room, the bathroom door did not close at all, leaving zero privacy. The AC and heating also did not work, so the room was very uncomfortable. We went to bed freezing.To make matters worse, at check-in we were told by the front desk that there was an airport shuttle running every hour on the hour. We went down at 6 a.m. to catch it, only to be told by a different receptionist that we couldn’t take it because we hadn’t signed up or registered something we were never informed about.Overall, poor communication, poor comfort, and poor value. I would not stay here again

The fee for pets was extremely high for what the cost of the rooms were.

I like the location very convenient for my trip only 10 minutes from the airport.

My check-in took forever, and the front desk team definitely needs improvement in both efficiency and customer service. I was traveling with my family and a baby, plus six suitcases, and no one was available to help. When I asked, they told me they don’t offer that service.The same thing happened at check-out — I had to carry everything myself. I’ve stayed at another location of this same hotel in Mexico City Centro and absolutely loved it, but at this location I won’t be coming back. Very disappointing customer service.
