Quiet for a airport hotel . Extremely convenient location . Complimentary water in room . Amazing staff !

location and staff friendliness

There was a door connecting to the adjacent room and I could hear the people in that room. I was in room 111

It is clean, quiet and the location is perfect for army flights. Good a little too expensive for the quality.

I love the experience in the Marriott courtyard in Mexico City airport. However, there was a huge issue. The bed was terrible maybe old? Maybe with out firm support it gives a terrible body ache. Needs to be firmed.

You would think that Marriott had a little compassion. Had to cancel our trip due to not ONE..but FOUR deaths of family and friends. Requested a waiver on the pre-paid hotel fee. Denied. Will rethink about booking with Marriott in the future.

This hotel is perfect if you arrive late or if you leave early. The hotel is everything you could expect from a Courtyard-clean, modernly decorated with a touch of Mexican art, and the staff is courteous. They provide a free shuttle to other terminals.

The sheets were not very nice. I also flew out of terminal 2 and the hotel is in terminal 1. In the future, I will stay here when leaving from terminal 1 and I'll stay at HN when leaving from terminal 2.

Flight canceled late - I booked this online and was in my room 25 minutes later. Great location, quiet and spacious room, friendly staff, and it had a fridge - rare in MX hotel rooms. So convenient and restful.

The restaurant was expensive and not very good. The wait staff were great but the quality of what they served was not. Still, they had draft beer - also rare in MX.

Well located, easy access from and to airport.

Not so easy on requesting Uber service

Location and front desk staff is excellent. We arrived 30 minutes before check in time and they were able to give us a lovely room.

The food in restaurant has room for improvement and bathroom/shower was disappointing. However it is overall a wonderful hotel. This is our second visit here and will come here the next time we are in town.

Great location. It is very convenient and it has very easy access to the airport.

The safe box did not work. Signals to get there simply do not exist. There are only some arrows indicating Hotel, but I think they need to be more explicit.

Room was clean, good security and COVID prevention measures (temperature monitoring of new guests, face mask requirements) I felt very safe.

Extremely noisy, quiet time wasn¿t enforced at all. I called the desk three times and they went to the room but the people never stopped. Kids running around screaming and laughing past midnight. I went there to get a good night¿s sleep. Didn¿t happen.

When the took us from the airport, there was a big DOG ¿¿ in the same shuttle. That¿s tooooo bad !!!!

Convenience

Sent me a bill via email after I came back to USA. This is the second time this has occurred to me.

Easy check-in process. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room Service was great as well!

The location is very convenient to the airport and public transportation, the service is very good, and the rooms are spacious, well appointed, and clean.

It's not in a good area so you can't really leave the hotel and walk around in the immediate vicinity. I wish it had a pool in the courtyard.

We stayed twice. Once at the beginning and the last day of our vacation. The staff were polite, courteous, and friendly! Th shuttle was easy to use to get to terminal 2. The restaurant had a good selection that was hot and fresh.
