NH Collection Mexico City Airport T2

Location. Amazing efficient and friendly check in. Good valué.

Lack of signs and Directions in the airport.

Clean room

Very slow check in process. There was only one person at the reception. After the line grew to five people, finally, another person came to help.

The location of this hotel is perfect.

The lady that checked us in was rude. It seemed like she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on my wife and I.

Check in was slow. Front desk said they'd give us 2 queen beds but gave us 2 doubles. Line at the check in was extremely long so I didn't go back. Temperature and fan settings were terrible so I reset but that didn't help. Not a good stay.

Location. Perfect for late afternoon flight arrivals and/or early morning departures.

The signage could be better to lead you from terminal 2

It was beautiful and had a great location with modern amenities.

The check in process was horrendous. It took 40 minutes to check in even with three front desk employees working at the same time. The line wasn¿t even particularly long. Too much data entry for front desk in an antiquated check in system.

Comfortable bed, 24 hour room service, well-appointed bathroom

I arrived at just after 11pm, and had to wait over 30 minutes to check in, as there was a large line of people also trying to check in. While there were 3 people working the front desk, I also saw 3 other employees talking behind the front desk.

Don¿t know never had a chance to check in since it was booked for the previous day so we were left without a room for our stay and hotel was booked and full for the day we needed it. No try was attempt to accommodate us or help find another place to stay

Clean, convenient and close to my flight for check in , security and gate. The restaurant is excellent with many good Breakfast/ brunch options.

Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Even though the hotel is undergoing a renovation, the NH staff handled everything professionally.

The fact that it was under construction and was not easy to find room as a lot of the hotel doors were closed and had no access

Everything, check in was long and slow, room was miles away on foot from the lift, expensive, not 5 star, no water included in room.

Easy to access and located right in the airport T2. Rooms were nice, clean and well maintained.

All the staff was very courteous. Breakfast buffet had a good variety.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The room, although clean, appeared to need better maintenance.

Location is optimal.

Bathroom was poorly maintained. Sink did not drain and was broken.

The staff where professional and very nice. The room was very clean, the food was like from my own kitchen (delicious) location location definitely coming back

I am a fan of NH Collection, always on point, clean with an amazingly kind staff.

Only a minor thing, toiletry was incomplete, no body lotion or shower cap, which is always available.

It is new and the rooms are big and comfortable.

Close to the airport.

Covert dirty and seemed it was not taken care of. Also, very dingy and darkly lit.
