- Location
- The location was great, close to the plaza, shopping and restaurants. the room was spacious.
- Location, close to historical zone. Not noisy at night.
Cons -
- Terrible room cleaning experience! Staff failed to show up to clean room over 6 hour period of time. Front desk personnel communication on this issue were rude and unfriendly.
- I booked a King/2 double room, my assigned room had neither king or 2 double beds. There were 2 TWIN beds. I called the front desk, was told to come down in the morning to be reassigned. I went to the desk & they couldn't reassign, I was stuck w/twins :(
- Room cleaning definitely needs to be improved. There is dust on the floor even after room cleaning. Breakfast variety can be more.
