- Great value
- This is a large hotel in a very convenient location in the south of Mexico City. The building is not new, but it is impressive how well it has been maintained and renovated to provide such good service. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable with high‑quality mattresses, the power outlets for phones are perfectly placed, and the bathroom is large and well lit. The staff is very friendly, especially the front desk team, who were consistently efficient and kind. The restaurant is excellent, with a wide menu, a great breakfast buffet, and reasonable prices. The complimentary parking works perfectly and the attendants are very polite and efficient. The electronic invoice was sent immediately after payment. With all the artwork, sculptures, and paintings throughout the property, the hotel feels almost like a museum, and it is definitely a place to come back to.
- The cleaning staff was amazing. The front lobby staff was not as nice. We got funny looks from them. There is tables in the lobby so as we waited for the tour van to arrive. I went outside to bring some hot oatmeal they were selling outside. We had three disabled people in our group of seven. So naturally I told them wait here i will go outside and get the oatmeal. It was cold and raining so i wanted them to stay inside to stay safe and warm. We were told we can not eat in those tables. We did spend a pretty penny to stay there and we were treated badly. We had an amazing trip . We just never felt comfortable there. Also they advertise refrigerators in the room yet they dont work. The pool needs work as well.
Cons -
- It was very crowded due to the soccer final that day but, it was still clean and I like the location.
- The only reason for giving a 9 instead of a 10 is the low water pressure in the shower. Maintenance came promptly and it improved a little, but it was still uncomfortable to shower with such low pressure. The in‑room minibar is out of service, which made it difficult to keep drinks and food cold during a full week’s stay, even though there is an ice bucket in the room and ice machines on each floor.
- Shower head needed to be replaced, only 3 stream came out, so a terrible shower. The bedding needs upgrading.

Good value, large rooms, very clean.
Shower head needed to be replaced, only 3 stream came out, so a terrible shower. The bedding needs upgrading.
wifi was very good. I like the working table and lamp provided as well as lamps by the bed. I like the coffee maker and free coffee and bottles of water everyday. I also like the very accommodating bellboys who would reserve a taxi for me whenever I needed.
No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. No slippers. Sometimes some of the light did not turn on. No dial tone for the phone.

The rooms are spacious and mostly clean, and the restaurant staff was attentive.
There was a long line at check-in that took at least 30 minutes. I was stuck behind a big group of conference attendees. It seems like the hotel hosts many large groups and should have a better system for checking them in or have more staff on hand. The pool was closed. I had an early morning flight and there was no option to check out the night before, thereby delaying my departure. The location wasn't walkable to anything and the only option for public transportation was a bus that you have to wave down, which is fine, but the hotel staff didn't tell me about this when I asked. They told me to walk toward the subway, which was several kilometers away.
We had great experience with the staff. They were helpful and friendly.
The internet service was below standard. In 2025, we still have that poor internet? Come on! The hotel prides itself on being a MICE/conference venue, and many executives stay there. We need strong, reliable internet. We purchased premium internet daily, but the service was just as poor as the free one! If you need a proper internet connection for work, especially for a week-long stay, please find a better hotel in the city centre. The service here is terrible. The gym was decent, but the indoor pool definitely needs an update.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast with a great variety of food, including typical Mexican dishes.
When I checked in, there was still trash from the previous guest in my room. The TV didn’t work, I called reception, and although they said they would send someone to check it, nobody ever came. There was also no blow dryer in the room. I called at 6:30 a.m. to request one so I could wash my hair, but it was never delivered. I called again at 7:30 a.m., and the staff at the front desk was rude, telling me they had already requested it and that I just had to wait because the staff was busy. I ended up going to my meeting with dirty hair. I had to ask twice more before finally, around 6:00 p.m., I saw a staff member in the hallway and insisted they bring me one. It was also very loud at night. I couldn’t rest because guests on my floor were yelling and partying until 2 a.m. or later, and no one from the hotel seemed to check on the noise. The building itself is quite outdated, with flimsy doors and thin walls, so you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.
The room was very large and had a decent heating system. The room had good sound proofing. The taxi's were easily available in front of the hotel.
Front desk was not helpful upon our arrival. I had requested an early check in due to my husband's medical appt. I was told "No" and that I would need to wait until 3pm. The hotel looks a bit run down and dated (old furniture, bathroom fixtures old and not working well). The art in the hotel is odd and does not match the structure of the building. The hotel is not near any decent restaurants. The hotel's restaurant had very poor service upon our arrival during Sunday brunch. It took the waiter over 20 minutes to get our water and juice. The waiter continued to ignore us and had a unwelcoming attitude. The pool was not available due to maintenance.
Pleasant
The rooms don’t have windows. The rooms is like a cave. The air conditioner seems that is not clean. I had allergic reactions the whole time.
Very Nice restaurant, room size, comfortable bed
Hotel a little old but operating all well
Good beds, big room, clean, good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We liked especially the brunch on Sunday. Even a swimming pool outside with garden, so you can sit outside without leaving the hotel. Bottles of water in the room and bathroom. Easy to get an Uber from here.
some noise from the hallway in the room, but we slept well.
Location was good.
They are not creating work invoices. I have to pay for the full stay with my own money, because I can’t file it for the financial institute. This was a very bad surprise.
Most was nice, clean, spacious, but they do not give what they offer
In the room descrition they offer Bathrobes and Slipers, and there were none

All the staff was great. From the valet parking to the restaurant waiters, the front desk, room service, and the room maids, everyone was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was great, especially the breakfast and brunch buffets. My whole family had a wonderful stay in all 4 rooms we had.
Some furniture may need renovation, but this was the exception.
