At night we can heard the guard radio In the morning a guy nack at our door waking us. He want to get in our room. We call the front desk for help. He keept nuking at our door

They either cleaned the room very late or did not clean it at all. When I tried to enter the room yesterday, the key was the activated. They told at the front desk that they thought I had left already when all my belongs were still in my room. They also knew my check up date was today.

Expensive. Book it cause of my children were close by, I didnt have more option but expensive and NO EVEN A CONTINENTAL breakfast included. The front desk had ONE assistant so we were like 10 minutes waiting to be served. Carpark had extra feed. DREADFUL, not again in this chain

It was okay, the room was big and had a nice view. Pretty close to a mall which is nice!

The bathroom needed an upgrade, the shower/bathtub had hair in it and didn't properly drain. It was not very clean on the floor.

Great view from our room on the 10th floor. They offer a free drink in the lobby and kindly stored our luggage overnight. It's located next to a mall.

Firstly, the staff at the reception spoke little to no English which made checking in and overall communication very difficult. Secondly, the room was ok and also clean but there were noticeable signs of wear and tear and lack of upkeeping. The light in the bathroom was very unflattering and the shower curtain lowkey gross. As it's a conference hotel, it's located quite far from any of the city's sights and thus not a great option for tourists.

Location is god to south CDMX area

There was a person at the elevator trying to go up without a key and didn't go even when we requested to go out. We notified to front desk boy and didn't do anything.

The position was good for our needs, near commercial parner, shopping center and main communication ways.

We have been ther in 2019 and rooms was good. Not this time. At moment the hotel need a restoration. Fornitures are poor and old, heating system not warming and was loudy. Water at sink was sometime not warm; blankets damaged, weary and with holes. Staff was barely speaking english and never answered to our email with request to fix something in the room. After 3 days we asked to change room and the new room was almost in the same condition, just a little better.

The toilet was broken, the room was outdated and cables hanging out of the wall.

Are room the boards on the floor were loose and sliding, we had to have someone come up and repair the boards. No one spoke English to address problems breakfast was okay, lunch and dinner terrible

Jacuzzi never worked, swimming pool was dirty and the area smelled of mildew

Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Check out staff were professional, prompt, and friendly.

Check in staff were not welcoming.They made it seem as if I was not valued as a guest. Electrical outlet adjacent to in room sink did not function. TV Remote did not function well and was not user friendly. According to front desk, we were unable to use the in room phone to contact a guest in another room in the hotel. Plank flooring in room had several exposed open joints.

The place overal is great, the staff is very helpful and provide you all your needs, the gym has the necesary items to keep you updated and the room is very comfortable, the desk chair is very comfortable as well

I don´t like the Bathroom that much, is small and looks old, I´d Expect a more modern version for a hotel at this price
