Pros +
- Great location!
- I enjoyed the view and the facilities; the GYM is awesome!
- the size of the room
Cons -
- When we checked in the a/c was not working and was not fixed till past midnight. By 11:00 pm we changed rooms only to find out that ithe previous guest had smoked in a non-smoking room. Staff never infomed us of this at a time we could have changed hotels
- Service and crew. They weren't polite and were helpless, they didn't offer any help and they never helped with luggage and stuff. No one had manners (as customary in M???xico). No free water (8 usd per bottle) , and theirs can't be drunk.
- The lack of a bar lounge
