me volvieron a poner las mismas toallas a pesar que les pedi cambiaran y pedi dos toallas extras y no me pusieron nada ademas las toallas y ropa de cama se ven viejas el segundo dia no me pusieon toalla de cara ni de mano, el personal es despectivo

The parking was not free and we had to little time to breakfast and something have to been paid for.

The location is amazing, as this is inside a mall, you have everything in walking distance.

The safety box nor the TV worked in my room. The bathroom smelled really bay and there was not a loot of room to store cloths.

Location in the mall. Clean. Most of the staff were nice. The receptionists were always nice and helpful. Nice size room and bathroom. Heat and air conditioner worked. Bed was comfortable. A good value for the money.

Location is perfect for my needs as I'm close to friends and family.

The rooms are noisy, specially the ones facing Eje 8. It is not the traffic, rather the A/C from the shopping center. It's impossible to fall asleep with such noise level! The front desk staff seems to be on a mission to "upgrade" your stay to a double room (those are the noisy ones!) They finally stopped trying when I told them to that I would like to see my reserved single room *before* checking in or I would just go to another hotel.

Clean, comfortable, efficient. My room was quiet and I didn't hear neighbors although there were families around. Small gym on the property. Located in a nice mall so convenient for shopping if this is desired

Room was small with poor quality mattress and pillow. Bathroom- shower- not good - sometime comes hot water, water stagnant in the floor during shower- partially blocked drainage. no chair in room. First time I have seen breakfast only include bread, cornflakes, machine coffee (worst quality), packet juice. However, you will have to pay extra for eggs and omelet (minimum 155 Mexican peso per dish). ON top you need to carry your card for payment for everyday after breakfast (one day I forgot to pay, the breakfast person reached my room with card machine to make payment- very unprofessional). They dont have system to clear at the checkout. Overall, City express plus does not go with Marriott brand.

There was a horrible noise the whole night from the bathroom. It was a loud pump working non stop! It was not possible to sleep.

1. Located in a very central and commercial area (lot of shops around) with great accessibility through the metro which was around half a mile away2. Very friendly and helpful staff3. Room was comfortable and spacious

1. The breakfast could have had more variety and options, especially for vegetarians as the menu was limited2. While connectivity was great through the metro, it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions in the city

The pillows and mattress were very comfortable, the room is cozy, has a safe and iron machine.The staff is very polite and helpful.Goodblocation and safe to walk.

Room is not well isolated, I could listen the TV on in other rooms and you could hear the doors when opening or closing.Not such good variety at breakfast.The gym is so small that with 3 people is overcrawded

I like how friendly staff were and how beautiful the interior is. The room itself was perfect and Included everything. Breakfast was good and it was close to our destination.

No eggs included in breakfast, it is available with additional cost which was high so we preferred to have breakfast outside.This is basic meal for breakfast, in all city express the eggs were always included so encountering this at city express plus doesn't make any sense to me.Certainly the way eggs are cooked in other city express was with lot of oil so I always have suggested to improve that.The bed was not very comfortable.
