Location, nice and plote employees

First room assigned was not clean and ready, housekeeping was stiill cleaning. The second room assigned had no smoke dtector it off the wall and you could se smke marks around it, showed the front desk a photo. The third and final room was acceptable.

Gave another room than reserved. They would not budge. Management are terrible.

Management does what they ewant with the guest.

Breakfast was great servers were promptv

The toilet was low in Canada we are accustomed to higher toilets which makes a huge difference.

Nice location, clean rooms, in downtown but without noises

My wife had an issue with a head ache and none supported us in the front desk. I feel as “alone”

Parking is separate from hotel. Had to escalate with hotel as they offer it but they disengage. This was for the beginning.Smells old, worth checking as it's pricey and not a motel.

Your standard business, chain, hotel. Had the basics, a comfortable bed and was clean.

Charging to check you in early when your room is available seems silly. They stored my bags for free in the meantime.

The property is beautiful. The staff went beyond the expectations. It was my mom’s birthday and I asked for a little cord or something little that “happy birthday”. When we got to the room, everything was decorated. I work for Hilton, but I absolutely recommend Fiesta Inn Insurgentes Sur

Everything was good! Nice staff and nice room. A lot of food places and shops nearby.

The breakfast buffet was terrific. The variety, quality, and staff were spectacular. Also, I checked out and traveled to the airport at about 3 AM. Upon arriving at the airport, I learned of a day-long plane delay. Given the circumstances, I returned to the property and my very same comfy bed, all by 6 AM. The staff were very attentive, especially the desk staff—my sincere thanks to everyone!

Hotel is very good and well located for business purposes in Insurgentes, a good selection of close restaurants. Staff is very good and could make the stay easy and smooth.

The breakfast is good, but costly, best thing to do is to go to the starbucks.

It was hot in there. Even though i lowered the temp it was still way too hot

The location is in a beautiful neighborhood and everything about the room was amazing. César (I think that was his name?) at the check-in counter was super efficient and kind. I requested a late checkout and they were kind enough to let me do it without penalty.

This would have been a perfect, 10/10 stay had it not been for the cleaning staff who knocked on my door FOUR times in the morning while I was still sleeping. I had already requested a late checkout and had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. This meant I couldn't sleep in as comfortably. Also, the final price was on the higher end for a property of its kind.

Great location, walking distance from shopping centers and office buildings. My reservation did not include breakfast, but there was a Starbucks right next door, with direct entrance from the hotel lobby, so that was convenient.

A hand shower option in the bathroom would have been nice. One of the lamps in the room was flickering. Other than those small details, everything else was in order, the appliances were working and the room was clean.

Location was really good, this is a busy area not too well connected to public transportation but good enough. Also, staff was excellent, really nice to all the guests. Cleanliness was very good too.

Being in a lower floor room, there was this kind of power plant working really close to my room which, at the beggining, when still early, seemed harmless. However, once it was late, vibration was so strong that it was really hard to really relax and sleep soundly. They should not occupy the rooms adjacent to that plant, period.
