The room was super clean and the bed and linens were fabulous

Well the place looks nice.

There was confusion regarding the currency conversion. This place is quite expensive. I booked 3 nights but when reception told me the total cost I said I could not stay there. Unfortunately, the hotel kept 1 night's pay of around $300 bucks before taxes.. Better than $1300 I guess. Be sure you convert your currency properly.

On Thursday (28.06.2023) I had to work late, when I got to the hotel around 23:00hrs, my room didn't have water to take a shower, not even enough to brush my teeth.In addition, I sent you an email ([email protected]) requesting a change in the accommodation voucher (GUEST FOLIO) and, so far, I have not had a response.

when I got to the hotel, I was very tired and slept. When I walked up entered to the bathroom, and was stinking. it seems that the previous occupant, threw up. Although everything was clean the smell was terrible.I asked to be changed from the room, and was told that there wasn’t an available room. I asked again to please get a solution. left for the whole day and came back very late to find the same situation. The next day my room was changed, but it was too late…

Nice room with comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

Wifi should not cost extra in 2022. Kind of a weird location not much around unless you’re there for a business convention but the shops next door were nice.

I really enjoy staying at this chain, it always meets expectations and makes the stay super comfortable and pleasant. There was no hot water for the bathtube but I didn't call to get help as it was already too late. However, the service at the reception, room service, wi-fi, restaurant, they are all amazing employees.

It is a great hotel not for all types of clients and we are not paying a low rate, we pay what the hotel is worth, so, why charge for internet? I didn't have to pay for it, but having to call to get help to get it set up (it was great service), it is a little hazzle, why making your clients having to go throuh that when everyone has free wi-fi?

Couldn't have had a better stay. It's a beautiful place. All staff were exceptionally kind, very friendly and professional. Room was super clean, and that is coming from a self professed germaphobe. Breakfast and lunch menu was healthy and delicious. Any problem I had was solved immediately. 10/10.

Professional and friendly staff, rooms are clean and confortable. Heated pool with a beautiful view. I”ll be back soon.

Location is 50 minutes away from City Center.

Godd location and it's clean

I can't accept the attitude of the staff here, including telling me that the room does not include WIFI (additional payment is required), and there is no toothbrush in the room.In addition, as an Asian, I felt that hotel staff treat me differently

Lovely room with a nice view and bath!

Wanted to use steam room and sauna but couldn't unless we pay extra and then that would of only been 30min access, that's ridiculous since we booked the place for 1 night relaxing stay hoping we can use all the facilities.
