Location and overall cleanliness.

Some areas could use some minor repairs/maintenance (ie entry rug was so dirty). I noticed that the flooring on our floor hallway was poorly installed. Whoever installed those laminated planks did a horrendous job! Also, breakfast time was too short.

I felt a little uncomfortable with the shades, they don't provide a 100% privacy, they are shades which can see through. I personally prefer drapes. Other than that all is fine

The hotel was situated in a great location surrounded by great restaurants nearby.

I have not complaints about the hotel whatsoever!

The staff is outstanding. Professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Easily the strongest point of this hotel.

The internet is unacceptable. This is not my first stay here and I had internet issues before, but my schedule kept me out most of the time. This time, I was working from the hotel and it was unbearable. I literally counted the seconds to leave. A Marriott should not offer internet at this level. When traveling for work, internet is not a luxury, it’s a basic necessity. Not having reliable internet is like not having running water.

I liked the location since it was near a main street Insurgentes Sur. I also liked the easy process of checking in and checking out. The food was ok.

The air conditioner of my room could have been better it was too loud and noisy.

Italian restaurant is a plus, easy check in.

Have to do something with the bad oddor of the bathroom. Its really bad and needs attention rush.

Dark windows and the curtains. I just close all because the room was in front of buildings … so the room was dark everytime…

this location is in front of the Citi Center where we have the office for Mexico

The noise...the room I was assigned to, is front of the avenue and the noise at night very early in the morning was not pleasant

We didn’t had the chance to use tv with Airplay, smell wasn’t good in the building and room, its needed an extra hour of breakfast and the possibility of late checkout.

Its clean, the desk person is nice. The housekeeper on Friday was kind, but the Saturday one knocked the door SO LOUDY and was trying to get in by force!!! She waked up me and there was a band at the yard playing so loud, it was part of the hotel!!! How in the 7 hells do you think the people will sleep with all the noise YOU DARE TO GET!!! It’s a hotel, not a disco, Jesus

The description and photos were not accurate. The entrance need more signs Ubers get conffused. The prive is todo high for the facilite, athough they are good for mexican business travelers.

Wi-fi was terrible. I had to move out of the hotel because I couldn't work properly. Breakfasts were poor

The room was comfortable, covering all the essential requirements. The location was within 15 minutes by car to our destination at UNAM. Taxi service was excellent.

The breakfast could have included some hot foods, like scrambled eggs or french toast.
