Novotel Mexico City Santa Fe

Really enjoy the people, especially in the dining room. We love the pool The location works great for us when we visit family in the area. Love the shops across the street. Attended Catholic Mass at St. Jose Mavery close by.

We asked to be moved from an older room to a remodeled one which was very nice.

The swimming pool! Location! Great shops across the street. Friendly staff! Security--our room keys only took us to our floor. Great breakfast.

We didn't have much of a view. Beds were good--pillows not great.

The staff excellent. the waiter was exceptional,also his partner. Pleasant,hard working. The breakfasts were amazing..

The gourmet bar had a limited selection of alcoholic beverages. The menu for lunch or dinner needs improvement.

A/C is not working properly. Even I complained five times. Mechanic came and told that cooling works 18 degrees only but room temperature was 21 degrees . Full night sweats . Couldn’t sleep

The staff was friendly and professional. The pool is nice and the beds are comfy and the internet works well.The location is near Samara mall.

No hairdryer. Mexico city can get cold and you want to be able to dry your hair.No bathrobe. Again, it is cold when you walk to and from the pool area. There is a coffee machine in the room but no tea bags.

Location is great within corporate zone in Santa Fe and very safe environment.

Pillows and bed are not helping to sleep well and small noise from like engines nearby in the middle of the night

The y charged a los for the pet and the Page was not crear aboyo it beforehand

Cleaniliness, location

There werent basic toiletries present in the room like crema corporal, paste etc. when asked the staff at the reception, he was too rude and responded those are only in the executive suites and you need to pay more about that

Location is decent--not for tourist sights, but if you need to be in CDMX for work, you probably will want to stay in Santa Fe, The fitness center was decent, and the wifi was good. People were friendly.

Near the mall and lots of places to eat

Not much to see around the area except for the mall.

The reception staff were welcoming and professional. The hotel seemed clean, had good security, and a restaurant for breakfast. Easy to order Uber, as well.

The towel rack in the shower was so high, that I couldn´t reach the towels. I had to use the small face towels after my shower, instead. Also, when I googled hotels near my friend´s restaurant in Roma (a last-minute event), this hotel popped up for some reason. Lovely hotel, but getting to the Roma neighborhood took 45 minutes with traffic. Of course, this is not a gripe against the hotel, at all! This is just a reminder that if you have business close to Condesa, Roma, or Polanco, know that Santa Fe is quite a distance and give yourself lots of time for traffic congestion! Or, book a place closer.
