Pretty much everything.

There was no comfortable seating in the room itself.

Everything is first class.

Location is great, restaurant is really nice, I think the only issue I saw was that some of the table seats are too soft and it puts you down from the table, they should be higher.

Everything was great. The hotel is really nice, staff is one of the best things in the hotel everyone is very friendly and always willing to help

check in very slow... we paid one week in advance so that check in would be super fast and wow, they did not even find my reservation (???) and like I said I went to Hotel ine week before in order to pay it in advance

Location is good. The staff were all very nice, especially the reception and valet. The room view is good if you get the city view.

Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t able to prepare the room allocation that we asked for. I left it in the notes and in the chat, but the extra bed was put into the wrong room, then they brought a crib instead of a bed. Regarding the facilities, the swimming pool is very small. Another disadvantage is that the windows in the rooms don’t open.

The experience was the most comfortable ever, the staff was super super helpful and friendly. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, the sight to the city was so beautiful, everything was perfect, definitely I must return to this hotel.

I had reserved a room with two beds, we were a group of three and there were no more rooms available with 2 beds. They send me a spare bed and was ok but wasn’t what I had reserved.

good location for SantaFe area of the city. room was very nice- comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. checkin was easy as was parking. amenities decent and good coffee capsules!

The club room wasn’t open but they gave food and drinks in the main restaurant. not a lot of I do about where meals were being served.

only thing was that perhaps the carpets in the room haven’t been properly cleaned or are old, because we kept sneezing non stop. felt like there was a lot of dust in the room

The views were tops! Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff not to mention the location.

I wish the pool area had been open but relaxing time in the jacuzzi made up for that.

I only stayed for one night.. the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and I always appreciate when they have slippers and a bathrobe. The view was also nice.

Did not like the fact that they didn't ask if I needed any help before they grabbed my things. I appreciate them taking my luggage out of the car when I arrived, but following me to check in, waiting for me and grabbing my luggage guiding me to my room, and then entering the room without asking if it was okay was not appropriate for me. I only had one rolling luggage, I could of done it myself. I did not feel at all comfortable with that.

They charged my credit hrs after I left the hotel

Im still waiting for a refund from the hotel it’s been almost 1 month they “accidentally charge my credit card”

The room is super big and the view from the window is incredible.

The pillows are very uncomfortable and the breakfast in the morning is very poor for the price paid
