the location was good, and comfortable.

they dont want to clean in a daily basis, we stay five days and not even one day went to clean, I ask front desk and says they dont do that until after 7 days of stay and not even the trash, wasent right, they say cause they say they like long stay hotel

Pool looked nice, even if it was unused during the time I stayed.

I was disappointed. My niece told me it was a good value. Unfortunately, the first room they offered me on the 3rd floor smelled unpleasant as soon as I walked in the door -- like old, male sweat permeating the air. I asked for a different room. They then put me on the 1st floor, where it was slightly better when I walked in. After I'd unpacked and settled in, I turned on the airconditioner. That's when the same smell of sweat rushed out of the AC. Then when I pulled back the bed covers, the same smell of sweat seemed to come from the bed. It was grossly unpleasant to sleep on a bed that smelled, even if there was a layer of "clean" sheets over the smelly mattress.Also was surprised they charged for coffee from their coffee machine in the front lobby.I left a day earlier than I had paid for. No refund for the last unused day was allowed.

I Love the privacy at the hotel. Specially that the hotel has Security in the Parking Lot.

The hotel is hidding. Is kind of complicated with the UPS specially if night driving.

Location was good, walkable to the Galerías mall and only a 20min drive to downtown Saltillo. The room was great especially for the price. Staff was very friendly and we were able to get an iron and ironing board to use free of charge.

Despite being an extended stay hotel there was no microwave, cook top, cups, plates, bowls, or utensils to cook or eat in the room

The room was large. The bed and linens were comfortable.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. When I called the front desk, they told me I had to come and get it! The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. People were waiting for the breakfast to be ready and the staff made no effort.

It was clean

The place does not have a restaurant. It is a suites facility with kitchenette, fridge and microwaves; yet the rooms DO NOT have any kitchen stuff, nothing, not even plastic disposable glasses in the bathroom. No cutlery, plates, pots, nothing.Not a lot of restaurants or coffee shops around since it is located in the other side of the highway from the mall. There are some, but do not open early. Longer walking distances to locations with more eating options and shopping.

Conveniently located near desert museum with easy access to highway. Staff was very friendly and accomodating in changing our room after the first one smelled like cigarettes.

Floors felt gritty, impossible to shower without soaking the bathroom floor.

The place is run down, the are no blankets, sheets and pillows look old and used, it smelled funny, elevator dirty and run down. It is very basic.

The rooms were just a little smaller than I expected, the shower floor had holes that made my feet feel uncomfortable

The location is good, and the staff friendly. The room is was a good size.

The kitchenette didnt have anything to even use to eat, which was a surprise to me. No utensils, no pots or dishes. I thought usually a hotel kitchenette has something.
