A beautiful and quiet hotel. They serve an amazing breakfast.

The staff don't speak English, but it's normal in Mexico.

The hotel is very upscale and beautiful. It's modern, clean and in a great location. The breakfast was delicious and theroom is light and looks out at the mountains. Roberto is the sweetest man and he was attentive to my every need.Other staff were equally pleasant and helpful. Large walk-in shower and a magnifying mirror are much appreciated.

Towels could be improved - they are a little worn.

Amazing stylish place with cute details, very good beds and super helpful stuff! Lots of plants, even orange tree. Would love to stay more nights there!

    All was amazing!

Great service and value all round, very hospitable people with a delicious breakfast (included in the price) and daily room cleaning. Super clean and quiet as well, while still only a 10 min walk from the centre.

Only reason we didn't give it a 10 was because there was some unfortunate water issue for our last day but this was dealt with quite quickly.Double bed was also not the biggest for 2 people but it was fine

They let us in before check-in time (we arrived very early after a night bus), this was extremely kind. Great hotel, awesome shower, good breakfast, nice bed, great wifi connection! Everything is very clean and the hotel is nicely decorated with local art pieces (that you can buy). Great value for the money you pay!

Small, but nice Mexican style. Well decorated. Very friendly staff. Short walk to the city center.

Parking in the street, but safe and close.

The staff was really nice, always smiling and welcoming. This hotel has one of the best water pressure and warmth i've experienced in Mexico! This is totally a plus!!The breakfast was simple and yet sufficient and delicious. It is served in a little kitchen and you can see the staff making it and serving it to you fresh. They give you a bottle of water every morning which was very nice! The hotel itself is very arty, beautiful. It has a mandarine tree and was lovely.

The location is a bit far from the center. It is quite remote, but still walkable (10 minutes). Still, too far for me.There is not A.C nor fan in the room, my husband was hot but I didn't mind because it was chilly during the evenings. The room was small, which was not comfortable with two suitcases.

    Small room and bed

It was traditional house with friendly staff (with quite poor English but managed to communicate)

The room was small and it was cold at night - the heater in the room did not make it much better, neither the extra blankets as there was almost no isolation between the room and the outside.

    8MarkPosted on: 12-26-2023

Nice hotel, the room has everything you need and I slept well, really hot, powerful shower, the free breakfast is great, really generous portions leaving you feeling full to start the day, all of the staff are really nice, you’re a short walk from the main centre.

    The WiFi is terrible.

    8MickPosted on: 12-22-2023

The staff here is very nice and extremely accommodating. The hotel is quite quaint. The included breakfast was cooked to order and offered eggs, juice, toast, and yogurt, plenty to get you started. The kitchen staff were also very nice and attentive.

The entrance door is locked, so you have to ring the bell. However, it wasn't that inconvenient, but if you came in late, you had to wake somebody up to let you in.

Hotel felt like a museum with such nice ambiance. One of the better complimentary breakfast! As if mom and dad made the breakfast every morning. Really felt like home.We were way too early but because the room was available already we were allowed to get a shower in the morning.

    10LynnPosted on: 12-4-2023

The staff was great & it was beautifully decorated. The price was fantastic. They arranged our tours which were excellent.

Towels were threadbare. Everything else was good.

    10GloriaPosted on: 11-26-2023

The location was perfect and the staff is super friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was cleaned everyday. New sheets and towels. They organized our personal items if they were all over the place. It felt like home.

The breakfast dining area is very small. Theres only three tables inside and if more than one person is walking, it feels a bit crowded.

    9ChiaraPosted on: 11-12-2023

Clean and cozy. We were given a room as soon as we arrived while waiting for check in time.

    Nothing! Everything was ok!

    10PalmaPosted on: 11-1-2023

Everything! the place, the room, the service, the people! Without exaggeration I can say that it was our best stay booked during our trip in Mexico. The hospitality was impeccable and the breakfast was amazing, served by the sweetest person ever. All in all very satisfied and couldn’t have wished for a more caring accommodation.

    10MariaPosted on: 9-5-2023

It was such a great experience. The rooms are modest but comfy and have everything you need. The power shower was great too. The breakfast is super good. And the best is the staff attention. I was solo travelling and they really made me feel at home. I had a fantastic time in San Cris and I’ll definitely go back.

    Nothing. Everything was perfect!
