Big room, comfortable beds,staff

Bathroom is a little bit old. Shower takes long time to get hot water

The room was so clean and cozy but the staff wasn’t good

I do remember I had breakfast included when I bookedAnd I asked to the staff the breakfast time for the next day and they told me in a bad mood that I didn’t have breakfast so I asked to talk with the manager and that guy told me that it doesn’t matter if I talk to other personThe answer is gonna be the same NO

I didn't like the fact that the hotel didn't have A/C !

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view.

Shower for some reason dripped, and made our bathroom floor damp. I should have raised this concern with staff but there were too many positives.

Dissapointing in every aspect. First, the hotel is far away from downtown. Taxi was required to go anywhere.Second, rooms were super noisy (all rooms are). We asked with anticipation connecting rooms for our kids and once there staff metioned thet did not have that kind of rooms. Our kids slept in a separate room. Our room had a shower without a curtain, the bathroom door was bloated and the shower head was leaking water all night with the anoying correspondant sound. We reported this to the fornt desk immediately and was never repaired. It was very warm inside our room with no AC and no fan. Had to sleep on top of the bed. Internet is slow and with serious failures and spots within the property without coverage. Breakfast was mediocre serving tasteless food and artificially flavored "natural" juices.Bottomline, NOTHING in this hotel is 5-star but the price. I would not recommend to anyone.

Lovely space, and bathroom was wonderful. Staff were utterly amazing! Can't fault them at all. Always nice to have a mini fridge too!

Doors thin, so was pretty noisy. Meant being woken up early by cleaners / other guests. About half hour walk into Centro and taxis took a little to get there.

Too noisy very Early in the morning, People walking with suitcases and talking loud, but the hotel can not do something about.

Good value for money. The place has a private parking lot and great breakfast (American). The staff was very helpful, the room was nice I noticed no A.C. The temperature was nice so did not bother us.

Very clean and well kept hotel .. The staff was very polite and friendly and made us feel so welcomed..Our room was cleaned regularly..the location was great .. they had secure parking ..they had 24 security..upon arrival a staff member came to our assistance right away to help with our bags.. I would 100% stay at this hotel again ?

The rooms are big and comfortable There is a garden and had 2 peacocks outside my window. The lobby is nice with fireplace

The floor had a portion of the floor that had loose wooden planks and sqeak alot

Prompt room service, attentive staff and comfortable rooms. Smart choice for a stay in San Cristóbal if you don't insist on walking distance from the city center. Hotel service shuttle was reliable.

In a corner of our room, we noticed some mold - which indicates that some rooms may need maintenance/refurbishment.

The place is so comfortable, and the garden is amazing
