Hotel Bo San Cristobal De Las Casas

Gorgeous hotel, well kept. Wonderful staff!

Service, room design and restaurant

Great location close to the town center, nice rooms, all next to each other. Very friendly staff.

Gorgeous and modern with a an amazing restaurant and just a perfect “vibe.”

The reading ligjts didn’t work in the library

Nice hotel with good design, new, with good breakfast

Dinners portion are super small

The hotel environment, the great staff, the bar, the restaurant and the room

Amazing restaurant, decor and bar. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and service was first rate. Everyone who worked there made sure I was so well taken care of and comfortable.

Nothing. First rate property.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent quality. The room was large and the gardens were tranquil. This hotel provides a restaurant with prices that are not inflated.

The bed cover.

Amenities, clean, uniqueness style. Delicious food, used from fresh local ingredients.

Welcoming staff but few restaurant personnel are not attentive or considerate on refilling coffee & also not offering water,

They don’t let do a local call super attitude from the lady in the front desk, she was rude!!

Location is perfect

This is a beautiful little hotel with friendly staff. The facilities were really clean and the location was great for exploring San Cristobal a little.

Location, comfortable and spacious rooms

Breakfast in hotel was in freezing temperatures since they open outdoor doors during winter while it is below 10 degrees Celsius outside

The staff is by far some of the best! I travel often and more places should be lucky enough to have people like this working with them. The manager Anna went out of her way to meet us and make sure we were happy throughout our stay. Beautiful property with amazing service and smiles! I will definitely be back! Also the food in the hotel is delicious and Hotel Bo has amazing charm.

Beautiful hotel with stunning outside area, and excellent on-site restaurant. There were nice little touches such as hot chocolate and biscuits on arrival and chocolates the night before departure. Excellent coffee in the room, too. Small gym for exercising. The staff were super friendly.

The wifi needs to be better especially for people on business trips. The garden seating could be cleaned more frequently for guests who want to sit outside.

Beautiful place, great design, fantastic food, very nice and kind staff.

- Great location in the old town. - New and very tastefully decorated hotel.

- Room is a bit dark. - WIFI is al terrible that I switched to using data roaming. This really is not ok for a hotel in this price class.

amazing Design, room, bed, breakfast

Lack of pool

hipster style vibes, modern roomsfab restaurant small gym available 24hr cosy bar to have a drink in I think it’s great value for money

Great location and contemporary Mexican design

Staff in restaurant had no personality at all

the place. the architecture

there were some kids screaming outside the 2 nights we stay. other guests went out to ask them to be silence. and continúe. we ask to the front desk and their answer was that they were also guests. but it was 11:30 pm. and the hotel and destination it’s for rest and desconect from the city.
