Guayaba Inn Boutique Hotel

Beautiful, lush courtyard with small koi pond. Bed was extremely comfortable, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee in the room (nespresso coffee maker).

No parking, but otherwise no negatives.

I booked a suite deluxe. The room was great and spacious with a large bathroom (bath and shower) and a chimney. Located in a small but nice garden.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast service was also very good.Very good value for money

The chimney had a gas heather that was not working well. So the staff gave us an electric heater which was a good replacement (evening was a bit chill in November).

The garden, architecture and over feel of the hotel was great. Excellent breakfast and the staff were accommodating, the kitchen staff coming in early for us on our last morning.

Excellent , delicious , extensive menu, included in your room fee. Beautiful colonial setting !

Towels in the bathroom. Old and dirty.

We loved the setting and the gardens. It was so pleasant sitting on the balcony and listening to the birds. Breakfast was very good. and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The coffee could be stronger. The rooms were a little dark and could use more light. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a little old. And, there was not always hot water in the shower.

the place is very beautiful the room are large and very pretty. but it can be noisy if you have a room on the lower floor. Nice breakfast.

they did not honor my request for two beds and I was traveling with a friend not a partner so we had to sleep in the same bed which was creaky, It did not make for a good nights sleep. They changed the room the second two nights. But in both cases the rooms were on the lower floors, The people above us could be heard walking around dropping things moving things ect.

Amazing customer service, super beautiful, clean, gorgeous room, comfortable, amenities, well kept gardens, quiet, walking distance from restaurant. Guayaba Inn is absolutely a place that I would go back my next time in Sancris.Most of all, everyone of the staff were extremely nice, attentive, helpful, their attitude and smiles made my stay perfect!

Everything about this place was magical. The bed was heavenly, the bathtub was huge and relaxing, the breakfasts and coffee were delicious. The property is very lush and tranquil and the staff were super kind. Would definitely stay here again!!

This amazing hotel is a great value. It’s off of city center but only a 10-15 min walk away. Rooms were amazing and the outside of the hotel was amazing as well. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was beautiful. The room is spacious and clean; it has a nice decor and balcony. It's perfect to rest well and relax.

Service was impeccable. Staff charming and nice. The room we had was fabulous. It was cleaned thoroughly each day. The area was quiet but not far from city center. Great place.
