Quiet large rooms with all the basics. Great breakfast

Breakfast was Amazing. Dinner was good. Good location. Beautiful location. Staff was so nice .

Wifi sometimes wouldn’t work . And you can hear through walls and door.. would wake you up.

Comfortable rooms although rather cold (in November). The breakfast is really good and there are a lot of options to choose from. The hotel is location just next to the city center so restaurants are just a couple of steps away.

The hotel is centrally located within just a few minutes walk to the main square. Nice and responsive staff, free private parking, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast with multiple options, beautiful garden and tasteful decors.

We visited in November and it already got quite cold in the evenings / at night - heating options would have been appreciated.

The hotel is great located, had everything we needed. The breakfast was good.

Our room was left open one of the days when we came back at the afternoon, nothing was taken and we guess it was a worker mistake but it made us feel a bit uncomfortable. We told the stuff and actually they did nothing about that.Also the rooms are cold.

Lovely and spacious room looking down on a pretty garden where the birds sang in the morning. Otherwise very quiet.Very hot water with good pressure. Strong and reliable Wi-Fi signal. Good range of cable television.

This was a great hotel near the center of town. It was super convenient for exploring San Cristóbal. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place felt well cared for. The staff were really nice and always willing to help with anything we needed. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped us with bus transportation through ADO. We would happily stay here again.

Great location, beautiful patio, very pleasant place, friendly staff. They have a water cooler at every floor, so we can refill the bottles.

There is no coffee in the room, so we have to go the dining room during breakfast to purchase,

This is a wonderful hotel. Very customer oriented, clean, in a great yet quiet location. Highly recommended.Psst. They do a laundry service for a great price by kilogram.

Breakfast, while overall okay (especially the homemade jam) felt somewhat lacking in the third morning. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it wasn't perfect-perfect.

The Parador has ample rooms, a nice interior view of the courtyard, and a very fine delicious breakfast. Though it is close to the main part of town, those inner rooms suffer no noise at night and the rooms are very classy. The staff was very professional and nice.

Wi-fi had a bit of a problem, but it was temporary.

The location is close to the center. The place has great gardens that you can sit and chill. They have free filtered water fillers, the price is very decent, and the staff was kind.

The bed was very soft, which we didn't really like, and the shower had a bit of bad smell like mold. No elevator, but staff can help with suitcases.

Not only is it super quaint, extremely clean & comfortable, but it’s also super affordable! The location is also ideal—right in the center of town!
