In the shower there was mold the door was off the hinges you couldn¿t open or close old beds

No breakfast included , and the one in restaurant is at higher price , staff need to smile often

Beautiful architecture and great location! Although breakfast was not included, it was delicious, there's a buffet and a la carta and the place was great.

I called for a crib, they said they'd bring it right up but after an hour of waiting my son had already fallen asleep in the bed and the crib never showed up.

Quick check-in. Beautiful lobby, spacious room with very comfortable beds, very clean, everything working properly. Zero issues with the room, hotel employees very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing, water was warm, they have a small jacuzzi area, awesome views of the city. This hotel is integrated into an upscale mall with a movie theater, some shops and bars, and a lot of restaurants, with a supermarket within walking distance as well. Hotel parking is shared with the mall which makes it a bit of a challenge, but nothing major.All in all this hotel is amazing. Will absolutely return for our next trip.

Great location, really clean areas

I chose this hotel specifically for the pool, and it was Out of service. I was really disappointed

My room had no air conditioning functioning so I called reception and they told me they’d send maintenance but they never came. Imagine staying in a Hotel paying expensive just to bother till midnight instead of resting after a long trip?Another thing I did not like is that I reserved through booking to pay at desk. Arriving and doing check in, they did not respect the price I reserved in booking. They had some nonsense excuses and made me pay more than it was in bookingDefinitely NOT RECOMEMDED to stay at Hilton Garden Inn of Chihuahua

Best hotel in Chihuahuas without any doubt. Very nice everything closed by so you don’t need to worry. We enjoyed the food, the pool and all the local bistro’s.

Construction was going on. Of course renovations have to happen but it caused a lot of noise at some points and was crowded from it.

Room was nice , food was great however , if your "card fails or doesn't work" and the option is cash they expect you to pay more

Claim number with Hilton 221474860 , Price was not agreed too and currency exchange was off. October 3rd 2024 was agreed to $324.88 but upon arrival in Mexico at the hotel the card "supposedly" didn't work and they offered a cash value stay but was going to be higher in rate ..Mexico Peso rate at 19 Peso to $1 US dollar exchange so instead of honoring they had to charge more (to high) and wanted $402.00 for the stay. So instead of me paying $324.88 (6,281.84 pesos) everything included I had to PAY CASH OF $402.00 (7,773) a ($77.00 >1,488peso difference) which took most of all my spending cash pocket money I had planned for the trip!!!! Later Booking.com verified that Hilton was trying to charge $441.54 which I received confirmation via text message. Upon calling Hilton there was something strange as when Hilton Josh customer service called the hotel in 'Mexico the desk clerk at the hotel stated they only Charged $346 dollars then when I disputed and told Josh at Hilton that was a lie or mistake I paid with cash because "card declined" the hotel clerk then stated I paid cash in American dollars of $412 and I stated that was still incorrect I paid flat rate of $402.00 . Something was off and not right because They still tried to run my card for $441 when my confirmation was for the price with taxes and everything for 324.88. The hotel even stated the charged me the exchange rate of peso to dollar at a rate of 16 peso but if the peso rate in Mexico is currently 19 peso to $1 US dollar and the dollar is valued more then I should of still been correct and in good standings with the original rate of $324.88 since they were saying rate at 16 peso and not the new rate of 16 peso...did someone pocket the extra money since it was paid in cash US dollars?? and I had two confirmation numbers and no access on the app or digital key under the old reservation and the new reservation.

Didnt have enough staff at the restaurant and de pool and there where no service

The room smell like someone just finished smoking. The table below the tv was dirty, call help desk just to let them know. Paying one of the best hotels in the city. i will always expect for it to be perfect,

Nothing, food atrocious, service very bad. Rooms for a Hilton were poor decorated.

From the receptionist to the rooms, all was bad. This hotel, in particular, put the name of Hilton in the top bottom, definitely! It is extremely expensive for what it is. For the price you would expect, bathrobes and sleepers at least to compensate the terrible service and the uneatable food!!
