Hotel Chihuahua San Francisco

The location.

We booked a 4 night stay and because we did not leave our hotel room before the cleaning lady arrived, our room was never cleaned. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper. I called the front desk requesting that our room be cleaned, room was not cleaned

Great location and friendly staff.

Continental breakfast selection.

There was a pile of hair and dirt behind the entry door. The shower had about 5 min of warm water, no hot water. The front desk was too busy to answer room calls.

Loved the location of the hotel. Downtown and everything was a walking distance.

1 female staff member was rude and not helpful. Seems like she was forced to answer any questions I had. Kitchen staff and waitress were also rude and we waited forever to get service and our food.

I am very Mexican..I liked the fact that it was close to mostly everything downtown, very clean nice comfy beds, restaurant attached..some reception staff went out of their way..alot of restaurants and coffee shops close by

Church bell every hr can keep you up.supposed to leave at 2030 at nite on Sun to take my bus back to Cd Juarez, there was no taxi available when they called could"ve called uber.I ended up walking on the dark roads with my luggage 2 the bus,VERY unprofes

The front desk staff and the ladies were exception in providing service and resolution for my business needs 24/7. Also Hotel San Francisco Quality Inn is located in the Very Best Area of Chihuahua Centro.

Carpet needs replacement through and through, especially in common areas like hallways, reception etc. The carpet was manageable in the room.

Loved the location, the breakfast was good but in a confusing spot that was hard to find. I went down one day during breakfast time and there wasnt any there. I like that they can watch suitcases. The staff was wonderful. I felt safe there traveling alone for a few of the days and then with a friend the following few days.

I found a sock that wasnt mine between the sheets on the first night, and I wish the lighting in the room was brighter/had more natural light.

My reservation by canceled whit out let me know until I'm on reception asking about my reservation and they just transferred too different hotel near by on the midel of the night

The receptionist was about to deny the booking stating, booking amount was very less ( hotel charges 2500 pesos).. made us wait 30 minutes When we asked for baggage assistance, they denied it.At 9:30 pm , we asked for a water bottle, they told water bottles were over, we needed to buy from outsideI checked out at 13:20, and they charged me 500 MX pesos. Additionally,It was not a pleasant stay with the check-in and check out process.

Door keys were a problem we had to reprogram every time we wanted to get back, cleaning staff wasn’t supposedly informed that we needed room service so our room wasn’t cleaned they opened the door when my fiend and I were taking a nap and scared us they told us they were told room was already empty…

the one and only breakfast we had was good. the location of the hotel was great.

the breakfast closed too early. The ac makes noise all night. there was a sewer smell in the hotel room after a night of heavy rain and then throughout the hotel for another day or two. there was a damp smell on our floor and it could be attributed to the old carpet. front desk staff courtesy was hit and miss; some smiled and others did not.

No water half of days and toliet ... no batrom accesories

I love the location. I like the rooms were very clean. The sheets smells clean. The bathrooms were clean. The TVs were big, and the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet that they had was really good.

The shower glass was too small, but besides that everything else was really good.

The rooms we ordered both didn't have a window / no light from the outside and we were not informed at the check in. Certainly the worst rooms at the hotel. The breakfast was very poor!

The facility was mostly great, but there was a constant smell of paint in my room that made it hard to sleep. Also, I really needed an iron and it was missing form it’s spot in the room, and it took me asking 3 different times to actually get one, after being promised the 1st 2 times that I would receive one. The breakfast included was delicious while very limited. I appreciate the hotels location and closeness to the main square
