They don't accept dollars and their credit card machine did not work.

A good option for staying in Chihuahua, good zone, enough parking, and the facilities are good, didnt use the pool because it was winter, but I'd say its a nice adtion to enjoy

The TV had very low volume, and was very limited on what you could watch

First room they got me was not clean, second room not hot water and ac malfunction 3rd room bed were out of shape, sofa was nasty

Staff was super friendly, great breakfast with different options. Great value

All the facilities are old, and in considerable disarray. Faucets, shower and restroom is dirty and in need of renovation. The pictures of the room do not match the description in this post. They only have a few of the 'renovated' rooms and claim that the ones reserved here are not included in the purchased rate. They did try to charge us extra when giving us the bill, due to us asking for a note with tax included for tax purposes. Carpet is super old. Sheets are old and many shades darker than 'White'.

The bathroom shower did not look very clean and the beds were extremely uncomfortable! Very hard like sleeping on a board, did not sleep well at all

best thing was coffee..and the bed and pillows.

Breakfast was awful, supposed to be a Buffett and all there was is eggs, beans chilaquiles and agua de jamaica. And a piece of bread..best thing was coffee..also I was given a standard 2 beds room when I asked for the king they charged me 350 pesos more.tje pool didn't have water .

I had to leave early most of the dates and hotel does not even have coffee for the ones leave ealy.

I loved almost everything, only thing missing was the pool and it took too Long for the breakfast to be served, hotel was fully booked and it took over hour and a half to be able to have our food, restaurant would do good with more staff and more tables.

I've stayed here various times before and the location is close to many shopping centers and restaurants.

The mattresses need to be updated, The beds are way too stiff. I have a firm mattress, but the hotels are way too hard. Very UNCOMFORTABLE. tv SIGNAL WAS AWFUL, COULD NOT GET RECEPTION OR WOULD FREEZE UP. excuses FROM THE FRONT DESK WAS ANNOYING.

Maintenance is poor. Dirty looking walls and carpet. Taped light receptacle, poor lighting in bathroom. Needs maintenance and remodeling.

fake information about amenities on webpage, a electrical hazard on the restroom, openings on the wall, hairdryer hanging from fried wires fixed with black tape. the bed was uncomfortable very hard. swimming pool closed, gym closed, bar is not longer in service.
