Great view and very good restaurant and nice pools. Staff always smiles and says hola. Went to Chileno and Palmilla beaches because the surf is dangerous at the Westin.
Beach is close by. The bellboy is super fun and friendly. He made me feel like I am his family. My masseur was very good. I met some nice guests. Good view at the rooftop of Baja Point where I stayed. I was in Grand Velas most of the time.
The location is perfect. The property is beautiful!

Cons -

Hard to get around if youÂ¿re in Baja Point. Need to take several elevators but signage is poor. Very noisy neighbors despite my asking them to quiet down. Noise travels easily from room to room. Gym is not not very cool and no fans.
Paid for "ocean view" but given "partial ocean view". Promised to have a change but nothing. Given a room in Baja Point not The Westin. The manager and the woman around 8pm-ish were rude. My branded tshirt was stolen in the spa. Lady servers unfriendly.
Front Desk and housekeeping service. We were promised a room change 2 days in a row and then told there were no other rooms available. Both showers leaked at all times of the day and night. The layout was much different than the previous villa we stayed.
