I had to book this room because our suite was not able to accommodate us the hotel didnt reserve the room we were told would accommodate us. Then they put me in a room that was loud from the generator & smelled like exhaust. They're horrible

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the ambiance of the hotel.

The hotel water was off during the night on one occassion.

Beautiful 1 year old hotel

The room is not cleaned on daily basis. Needs to be requested. Nothing around hotel. New construction development will be in a works in the future. Swimming is not allowed due to high waves. Need to drive to other swimmable beaches 10 min away.

Our studio room was very clean, super nice, good size and the WiFi was fast and easy to connect to.It also had access to a beautiful beach. The pools and pool area were all well maintained and poolside service for drinks was wonderful.

If you are not all inclusive you do get charged a 15% fee on top of your normal bill every time you eat at one of their restaurants. We didnt realize this until we checked out but wouldnt have ate any meals at the hotel if we had known.

The food was amazing ! The entertainment was fun with some salsa classes by the pool and dj on the beach . I wish they did the dj on the beach every night . Food was five star! All the staff was very nice.

More food options for late nights instead of room service . The pool area snack bar closed early. Needs more entertainment in the evening. Only one singer at the restaurant patron. Bar closed at 10:30 Bar at patron closed at 11 nothing else to do

Far from nearby town, price middle ranged and shortage of sun beds, no good proper bar with vibes

The hotel is newly built, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable, family-friendly environment.

While the hotel is new and clean, there were some drawbacks. The plumbing was not great, and there was an occasional sewage smell in the restrooms and outdoor areas. The spa pricing was also very high, with a 30-minute upper body massage costing $268.

Security was terrific. Views of ocean from all rooms. Cleanliness.

1) Didnt like the Sales people hounding us for timeshare presentations.2) Could not walk anywhere off the property or from hotel to hotel. Pretty much locked in.3) Free breakfast was horrible every day. Forced to pay extra at the better restaurants. Nothing was hot. Presentation was very subpar.

Why are simple 3 pinky sizes of watermelon $19 ?? Food is crazy overpriced here, don’t make sense

The breakfast was good. The room itself was beautiful and I absolutely loved it. I think they could use some more restaurants as well as maybe an adult only pool.

I didn’t like that there were not many restaurant options and the hotel was pretty far away from everything. So you would have to take a $30 Uber to go elsewhere.

Excellent Pools, easy to navigate layout, kid friendly.

Beautiful location and facility. Outstanding staff providing very personal service. Property grounds are meticulously maintained and thoroughly cleaned throughout the day. Many dining choices provide a nice selection of atmosphere and high quality dining even at the pools!

The room was exceptional! It was much bigger than we anticipated.

I wish there was a pool bar pr poolside bar. To get drinks, you either have to sit at the pool restaurant or order drinks through the servers. That's fine because the servers are fantastic and fast, but sometimes it's nice to "belly up to the bar" and talk with the bartenders and fellow vacationers.

What a wonderful property! Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Very helpful when needed. Property was very clean and spacious pools. We did not do the all inclusive package so disappointed there were not additional morning coffee options other than the small deli/cafe (did not open until 7:00am).

A little far away from the nightlife of Cabo.

Chill vibe with an amazing warm infinity pool and lazy river to help destress. The all inclusive was top notch and service excellent.

The beach is not swim safe but that’s the case for most of the area.

Loved the ocean views/ whale watching from the room or by the pool. Loved the lazy river/ staff / cocktails and all inclusive is fabulous

Not enough restaurant options in the evening.Steak restaurant needs to accommodate more people or reserved enough for guests- seems silly to have to reserve before you even arrive at hotel weeks in advance- so if u arrive and not booked then not likely to get a tableShouldn’t be this hard as the only other options are not to the same standard

Food is very good, pools are nice, lot of pool area to hang out.Pretty clean and most of the staff is very helpful.

When I made my reservation well in advance for 5 nights through costco and extended one night though booking.com, I specifically requested a room on a higher floor. Despite reporting an issue with one of the bathroom showers being so slow that I couldn’t even rinse off shampoo properly, the staff came to check but couldn’t resolve the problem.We were staying at the resort for a celebration and had invited 8 other families, booking all-inclusive suites for everyone. Despite this, the staff refused to move us to another room. When I checked in, they claimed there were no higher-floor rooms available. However, later that evening, my friends who arrived after me insisted and were given rooms on the higher floor.This was incredibly upsetting. I organized this gathering and brought 10 families to the resort, yet I was the one stuck with a bathroom issue and a noisy one-bedroom suite that we couldn’t enjoy.
