Hotel Olé

This hotel is my go to. Even my boyfriend lovedddd it. So clean so modern so up to date. Very roomy and spacious. Anytime I¿m in tj this is my go too! I think the concierge already know me lol hey girls

the ac unit didn¿t want to work, so someone came to try another control, didn¿t work, was moved to a new unit, still didn¿t work, was moved back to original unit, and they got it to work..... overall unnecessary movement... was tired & wantd to just sleep

It was comfortable. It wad set up like an apartment style building. Clean and was able to log into my own Netflix.

Staff exceptionally helpful organising taxis back to the airport, despite my lack of Spanish.

Would benefit by adding another pillow, and a fridge in the room and not having to buy water from the vending machine

there were other guests that came back to the hotel from a party around 2 AM they were very noisy and no one from the staff tried to quite them

There were recent shooting at the hotel done by criminal gangs, police was strongly present for protection of the venue.

The room was clean and spacious. Had a/c worked and hot water, and it was clean. Tv worked, and I didn't ask about the wifi. I had to remind them about the continental breakfast. It was coffee, 2 pancakes, and papaya with yogurt. It was not noisy at all, except for a car alarm that went off around 4am.

The bed was really firm, so firm it was not comfortable, I didn't sleep much.

There was no breakfast buffet like the pictures. Bathroom was very small and not private.

It was super clean and in a very good location. Staff was very friendly. Parking is secured but it can be tough to find a spot if they are booked, luckily you can leave your keys and they will move it for you if they have to.

It’s a nice property and pretty rooms are spacious.

Only bad thing was the first day the room smelled like humidity but the next 2 days after the cleaning lady went it was very neat.

Charged me extra 10 dollars when arrived for no reason other then wat said on booking
