Nothing, I would like to get my money back.

The place was dirty and run down. The sink stank of sewage. I couldn't even wash my face with that water, I had to buy bottled water to be able to wash my face and teeth. The sheets were very old and worn and in general the room stank of sewage.

Staff was friendly and the location was great.

Some we walked in our room there was this bad odor coming from the bathroom. We had to keep the door close at all time so it wouldn¿t stink up the room as bad.

New building, simple and modern. Free parking and right next to an outdoor mall and stores. Clean building and clean rooms. Nice shower.

The way the building was built shows that the company tried to cut costs. The walls are thin and some of the light switches are wearing out that you need to toggle them. If the next door guest is running or jumping on the bed, you will feel the room shake

The location. Close to many businesses and to the main road.

The hard water in the shower. It left my hair freeze for a few days. Paper thin walls, you can hear the people next door like if they were in your room.

Location Location Location walking distance to Churrascaria (Brazilian BBQ) Buffalo Wild Wings, KFC, Chili's, Menudaria Guadalajara as well as others.

My pillows seemed a bit old as well as the sheets and towels.

The gentleman at the front desk seemed irritated. Once in our room, the ac didn't work. I called the front desk he said that he would send someone that knew how to use the control basically saying that I didn't know how to use it. But ac was broken.

The location it was great right across from the mall and 7-Eleven qnd 24 hr pharmacy next to it

Friendly staff, very clean, great breakfast.

The entrance is difficult to get into if you¿re coming from the opposite side of the street.

Nice service and people that work there are friendly.

A really bad smell was coming out from the place where you washed your hands. They need to clean the drain pipes or hoses.

It was a very nice and clean hotel.

We had no towels in the room. We had to ask 3 times.

Next door occupants really noisy and did not get a solution when reported to front desk.Could not sleep with all the noise, music and loud conversations.
