Hotel Ticuán

Service as great. Breakfast was delicious!

No microwave. No fridge

The gym was the only thing I really liked about this hotel. It was really nice having a gym with proper equipment.

There are many things I didn't like. First, they do not supply enough towels or soap. Second, they have no washcloths. Third, the staff does not speak English. Next, the lighting is horrible. There's more, but I am given a limited amount of words.

The only favorable thing about the hotel is the location.

The rooms are very basic and small. Very old as well. Fron desk ladies are very rude and unprofessional. The free breakfast that is offered is horrible. For the price the hotel charges, I expected for it to be much nicer and modern.

My room was very clean, and the buffet was really good ¿except for the jacuzzi when filling up water was Dirty and Smell fishy

On arrival my girlfriend want the room with the Jacuzzi for a romantic nigh so I pay 80$ extra , went for a couple of drinks and got back to the hotel to try the jacuzzi, water smell (fishy )terrible & was Dirty, so it ruin our romantic night .

The room I had was internal; no windows accessed the outside, so while the room was very quiet, there was no indicator of the sunrise. The power is cut off when the access card is removed. The only issue it causes is that the clock resets.

Large rooms. Pleasant staff. Overall the property was attractive and well maintained.

There was a loud noise at night that kept me up.I couldn't stand it anymore and asked for help at about 4am. Staff said they could not help. Further, when I checked in, I saw that I paid the highest rate yet I was given worst room. And no breakfast

Friendly, professional, courteous bilingual staff. beautiful marble throughout the hotel. The Hotel is very clean and our beds were very comfortable. complimentary breakfast was very good and they have a.complete business area to print documents. etc.

THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!! STAFF WAS NOT EDUCATED ABOU HOW TO DO ANYTHING I MADE A $50 DEPOSIT AND IN THE MORNING THEY SAID I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 10AM TO PICK IT UP. THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THEY TOLD ME LAST NIGHT BUT THE NEW GIRL RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!

Very clean, centralized location next to bars and shopping centers.

The totally secure and free parking.

The carpet in my room was not to my liking. It felt icky.

Great value, very convenient.

Breakfast, very limited. Did not let me check out by 2.00 pm. O was given only one hour extension. No microwave, or fridge.

having to registers all guests and having to show proof of registration every single time we walked in the hotel

Having an inside room made all the difference of no street noise. The staff were great and when I had a dead battery did everything they could do to get me on the road.

A little hard to find the first time...Tijuana has a lot of one way streets.

The room was large and clean. I liked that I could open the windows for the fresh air coming from the ocean on the other side of the hills.

The hotel is right next to the iconic disco "Las Pulgas" whose music is so loud between 10pm - 5am that it vibrates the hotel ALL NIGHT LONG with pounding base. I did not sleep one wink. Won't go back.

The room and the hotel are welcominf, have good standards and look good. After some hotels I've visited Tijuana, this hotel was great. Superb service from the staff.

It was nice to have the restaurant on the first floor so that I could just go down there and have dinner.
