Can improve on the cleaning. Found a band-aid on a blanket in the closet. And bathroom can be have better cleaning.

We checked in pretty late and the parking was full, the parking rail was closed so had us waiting, there was no one at the front desk to check in so had us waiting there too. In the room there's only 1 towel and the wall is stained with yellow substance.

That has a kitchen & 24/7 Security

i forgot mi computer in the lobby and the staff hidden, also i walk around the lobby and the parking lot, bad experience

Has a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and a sink. The security in the parking welcome us in a respectful and friendly matter.

Provided 2 1/2 towels for more than 2 people. Front desk heavy set lady is rude. She is not friendly at all, like she is not happy at all and it reflects. For a family of more than 2, they do not provide 2 card keys. No towels at the swimming pool area?

The parking is a little congested but definitely safe and has security

It was a decent price for what I paid and basically the room was ok but dirty bed wich I think is very important for health. The room look that had permanent stains and definitely they need to improve cleaning and customer service.

They definitely need to replace some of those worn out towels, shower towels, hand towels, and definitely the pillows. The stove and refrigerator needs to be maintained and cleaned.

I'm very disappointed about this hotel. The bed sheet was full of hairs with blood spots. They never cleaned the room. It was noisy and the staff didn't care about our inquiries.

Gym is right next to the hotel. The security is good. The door is locked and secure 24/7. You would have to use your card to open both main doors.

There is no drinking water, you would have to bring your own water from the Walmart or 7- eleven¿ both Walmart and 7-Eleven are about 1 mile away from the hotel.

The location is very convenient.

The floor was sticky, the mold in the bathroom sink and shower was very noticeable, and the towels first were missing then they looked darks even though they were just washed.

Cleanliness was acceptable. The heat worked well to keep the room comfortable. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Room is too stark. Nothing is provided in the kitchenette. No plates, no utensils. If you are driving, pack your own. The furniture was functional but old.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL THEY DON'T REFUND. I HAD A BAD INSECTS IN MY BED,KITCHEN BUT NO ACCESS SO BRING YOUR FULL KITCHEN FROM HOME BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE KITCHEN IN THIS HOTEL, THEY DON'T CLEAN YOUR ROOM- YOU MUST CLEAN YOUR OWN ROOM.

Hotel is in a good location however it needs maintenance and cleaning We changed 3 times because rooms were dirty.

It was in a good location as family lives down the street. air conditioner worked well.

Hotel room was dirty. Restroom did not have the basic items such as a full roll of toilet paper, travel size shampoo, towels, no rug, and the shower had mold on the corners. Room did not have blankets. When asked for blankets they would be ready in 2 hrs

good location. parking is a little tight but ok.. security guard out front to guard the cars. staff is friendly, hallways are clean.

cleaning lady knocked, asked if needed to clean the room.i said no.my wife gets back from store, asked the lady if she can clean the room. the lady said yes its ok. we left to the wedding and got back and wasnt clean. told front desk and they did nothing.

Great location for the factories around "Los Pinos"

Got a room that wasn't cleaned, the bed wasn't even made. They were unable to accommodate me with a 2 bed room so I check out and I was charged a fee for leaving/checking out early.
