- This hotel was excellent! Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and even though we were next to the elevators, we slept soundly without being able to hear any noise at all! The staff went above and beyond for us and the food was delicious!

- I enjoyed my stay in Hyatt. The overall experience is really good. We stayed in one king bad room at level 3. The only problem for me is the noise from the indoor air conditioner and road if you are sleeping next to the window. I am not a light sleeper.
- No swimming pool or hot tub despite a 4 star hotel. The gym had a stale odor.

The bathroom, I have to dry water comming out o the shower, they have curtains at floor level, weird system, a lot water goes to the whole bathroom, it sucks!

The room was big with comfortable beds and the complimentary breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had.
