staff is friendly and very helpful but can only do so much with what they are given to work with,

Absolute worst TV Service I have ever experienced. . Simple solution. Move the TV to the middle of the room, and place the mirror elsewhere. Microwave and mini fridge could be placed on the shelf. need more electrical outlets. Only 1 outlet by the bed.

Location was great and they have an early check @11 if the have rooms available.

Wifi was spotty and a small step between toilet and the shower hit my toes on a few times.

Renovation construction noise and dust outside my door! Very unpleasant! My clothes in suitcase still smelled like the musty room after I left.

Clean room on arrival, comfortable bed and decent location just south of downtown. Room was quite well appointed and had an old-fashiojed but well built layout.

Staff did not clean daily. Carpet floor pretty dusty. Toiletries low quality and few. Bedsheets were old and torn in places. Sink was leaking and had no hot water.

Clean and location. Will stay tthere again.

2 towels for two night well I can understand the next day they give you fresh, but if you want an extra 5.50 per towel, don't go stealing the towelsThey dont give out paper receipt if you're leaving Construction was going on. I can understand But it could not show me room size or what was available, so if best, not Queen vs. King size is best or 2 double beds, because if your couple room can be small, not to walk over each other. The shower was ok, big fancy, but if you're not used to a model like this, instructions would be nice, but the pressure was low.Mini split vs fan ok don't go having fun in the room because the fan is 4 feet away from bed.I think there is no reason if you have a mini split.Handicap didn't see this coming for people in wheel chairs I will let my opinion hold back. You decide knowing rules are different in Mexico/baja california

It is old building with light remodeling, with bad maintenance, personnel refuse to help, always to defensive. WiFi never works, phone never works, hair dryer did not work (they replaced it after a deep inspection, because they did not believe me).The shower does not have an extractor system.There is only a dark curtain, you can not keep the courtan open, since the window is next to the aisle. Therefore the room is dark all the time.

To begin with, the receptionist was unfriendly and made me wait an hour because she said my room wasn't ready. I don't know why she did that since I had booked a week in advance, and they still didn't have my room ready. Also, I left my car in the hotel parking lot, and the next day it was covered in foam. I asked the security guard what had happened and why my car was dirty, and he said they were going to clean it, but they didn't. I was very upset about that. It was a very bad experience.

Good location and safe parking. There is a guardsman looking at guest cars, so I can park my car safely. The location is also super nice. Walkable to the nice restaurants and bars.

Been there before, rooms booked thru 3rd party getting thebold rooms, friend booked same day in person , paid same amount got a remodeled rpom. Ask front dedk why of room diference.... she mentioned .. ithat is what the booking party requested that type of room..

Hotel is been remodeled, noisy at times.I Requested a ground level room due to a medical situation staff charged snd extra fee for a room identical to the one they booked me otiginally... been on that hotel several times, all rooms same except the ones with 2 beds..

Room wasn't clean, they change me to another room where the door looks was broken, they told me that they didn't have another room, that if I wanted I can look for another hotel having bad attitude and no care that I was already lost 1 hour and I was late for my event, finally they decided to clean the first room which until the next morning I found that the sheet was never change to a cleans ones.

Quiet place, and nice location worth the price

I got charged for one towel that supposedly i left some stains on it which was not true and i found some long hair on the bathtub

More often than not the key card doesn't work after you check in and you have to return to reception. Your reservation isn't held after 5pm which is a wild policy. Renovation and construction during day
