Excellent Kindness, cleaning, spaceservice, and location.

The staff was really nice and helpful.

I did not like the rooms. It did not indicate the things that were in the room.

Location was nice and there amenities. Nice bar area to hang with company. The staff was nice.

The rooms need major upgrade and we didn¿t have hot water because there boilers where not up to par.

Main pool by restaurant was kept in better shape than the covered pool over in the back, the pool in the back was very dirty with alot of trash around and also there was not alot of lighting and was hard to see

Needs a few updates on the room and that room service becomes available

The view was definitely something that was great about the room we got.

I didn't that we had a "suite" but didn't have an iron or even a mini fridge

There were many options, a bar, a restaurant, a Pool, very wonderful playground area for kids. An indoor heated pool, a basketball court. The view was lovely. It is very close to lobster village for dining.

The room was absolutely bare-bones. No coffee, no glasses, no ice. The walls were rather Thin and so somewhat noisy. We had friends staying in the area that were going to come and use the pool with us ...that was not an option.

Everything was bad, no ac, dirty rooms and over crowded dirty pool.

There was no AC in the room There was only 1 towel There was no iron There was no hair dryer The room was just outdated No balcony as the pictures showed on the website There was karaoke or loud music in the lobby until after midnight.too loud.

Great location

Room was very disappointing especially the bathroom. The shower head squirted water all over the place. Can hear everything outside-people talking, other doors slamming, etc

Nothing good to say!!

Everything the rooms need to be updated the bathrooms as well just to nasty didn't feel clean at all and the pools were not clean the power and water was turned off multiple times the whole hotel is run down it needs a major upgrade.

Bathtub was broken leaked water all over the floor. Told housekeeping never came to look at it
