No heat window unit doesn't have heat it was freezing

Need to clean better the showers floor is duty and fix the bathroom windowcis broke and some people make a lot of noise almost the hole night and not let sleep well

Great room they would ask if I needed cleaning services or if I needed towels

No blankets so I was cold but it could be because I had the ac on throughout the night

The breakfast said it was an American breakfast an American breakfast has pancakes, ham eggs They only gave us beans and eggs and said if we wanted more it would be 150 pesos more og an coffe

The breakfast part and the noisy neighbors with loud music, two nights complain and they said others complain too, but they can’t do nothing about it so it looks like they do that a lot there couldn’t get sleep

The room was very clean & had hot water.

It gets really cold during this time of the year & blankets are not warm enough u can hear the cars passing by at night.

Roaches and bed bugs were infested in this place. Very disgusting.

The room smelled awful.

Recently remodeled. I am disabled but Didi, and Patti did everything imaginable to aid me during my stay.

it is just a little out of the city center, which isn't a problem unless you like to walk to get to know a place.

Absolutely everything super clean the staff is very kind and helpful! Definitely felt safe here!

Very small. No microwave or fridge in the room. But for the price it is understandable

I like the garage, and I like the fact that there was a drug dealers out in the parking lot

They give my reservation to another people when I pay my reservation so I stay in my car because they don't have a room for me

Room was small but pretty good considering the price, great streaming services,

There were not any warm blankets to cover, only very thin sheets and that night was very cold, they need to provide better products to sleep confortable

room 12 didn’t had much plugs to charge phones and the nightstand lamp wasn’t working other than that everything good.
