Hotel Principado Tijuana Aeropuerto

Close to the airport. The suite room is spacious, with three beds and a recliner couch, and the bath has a nice shower. Alan and the waitress that served us breakfast were very nice. Breakfast was good.

The suite room was the last one in the building. The curtain rods were sticky and dirty as was the carpet. The beds were cold and uncomfortable. There was a noise all night coming from upstairs. There is no elevator but Alan helped with the heavy bags.

The sheets were stained. They should have toss them away. The carpet Is too old.

Do to flight cancellations there was a high demand that night .When I was in line to check in they were selling the Rooms for doble the price I paid with no reservation when finally got my turn to check in they said they didn’t have more rooms availabl

The restaurant took so long to serve, but the food had good quality.

The staff was helpful, the rooms clean, we were pleased that we could leave our car in locked underground parking, and take a shuttle to the airport

The rooms were clean but the chemicals used for cleaning left a very strong odour. We actually stayed two nights one on either side of our flight. The first night we had 3 barking dogs in a room near us.( for most of the night) and the second night was quieter.

Close to the Tijuana Airport. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a restaurant with an extensive menu. We both ordered the aranchera - cooked to perfection. Just beware - the waiter will try to tell you how much to tip! The hotel also offers a continental breakfast in the morning, which comes with your stay.

When I made the reservation, I didn't see anywhere that I had to arrive at a certain time to pay for the reservation, and that if I didn't arrive, it would be canceled. With my reservation number, I arrived at the hotel at 8 pm and they told me I didn't have a reservation. So, I had nowhere to stay. They should specify these things in large or black letters because it was a very unpleasant experience.

It’s accessible and felt safe. For a good price. The water was hot, and the ac cold. Restaurant was OK.

The walls are so thin you can hear everyone and everything from the hallways. And the lights would flicker on and off at night.

I liked the location and convinence

The staff was rude charging me extra because I became sick and threw up on some bed sheets . I insisted that the sheets could be cleaned they said no and charged me anyways. The breakfast was pathetic just orange juice,coffee,bread and some fruit.

The staff was rude. No remote for tv . Bad customer service, ac remote desactive and staff said he couldn’t see the coding numbers to reprogram. Living tv was disconnected and I didn’t know and staff said when you buy an electronic device you have to plug in and saidTo check first before asking for service.
